I’m wanting to start recording some of my matches and training for my own practice and was wondering if anyone has tried a cheaper alternative to the meta glasses/oakleys that are any decent?
I currently have a 211 GTO and want another sig as a carry gun. I love the hammer-fired sig guns and was looking at the GT4, until I came across the 226’s and they have really caught my eye. In typical Sig fashion, I am overwhelmed with all of the different models and thought getting thoughts on here would help me out. What models would you all recommend looking at? I know of the X-Carry legion, but I didn’t know if there were any other models with the standard length barrel that might be good too? I want the SAO trigger as well, and would love to hear of upgrades to the trigger that people have made to make it close to a 2011 trigger.

Prodigy Compact 3.5
Now that I have the GTO I find myself not shooting the Mac near as much. Trying to decide if I keep it as a backup gun or get a platypus 4.25 as another carry gun to the prodigy
Finally got my Prodigy 3.5 together as my CCW and threw on the new Primary Arms Clx enclosed red dot that just came out. After about 90 rounds, I noticed that the rear glass had already cracked. Didn’t drop the gun or anything. So if you’re considering an enclosed dot, I’d probably opt for something different since this doesn’t seem to hold up very well at all
I was given my grandfathers Colt 1911. All I know from it is that the serial dates to 1937 but I don’t know much else about it. Could someone give me any additional info?
