Curious how are buyers are finding the market right now. Seems like a lot of apartments are in market but we still losing on bids? Are folks who got some still bidding insane 15 20 cent above asking? Specially west and east amsterdam.
I am in process of selling a home and need our home value evaluation as we are porting our current mortgage. Most online are 600 ish and I feel that is too much to for something that is just an average guess from the market.
Is there anyway to get this done cheaply?

I believe we need to start a movement.. start deleting all social media - Insta, FB, Tik Tok, Youtube, X, etc. The stock market will crumble. A lot of tech companies rely on our attention for revenue. Need to stop

Also would you recommend Alkmaar in general for non Dutch speaking folks looking for space out of Amsterdam?
We are looking to move there. But unsure if it is a good choice specially with small kids.

Unsure if it's true but lately I have noticed folks around a getting selfish. This includes me as well. I hardly want to spend time or energy thinking about others. Their concerns don't bother me...I will rather be in my bubble. Office hangouts are getting no existing. Meeting friends is getting lesser and lesser. Is it me or others also feel the same. I am just spending way more time being with my immediate family than friends coworkers. Am I just getting old ?
