Mayor vote?
Who’s everyone voting for mayor tomorrow?
I’m going Brandi Gabbard. Just curious everyone else’s thoughts on who and why.

I’m going to be having surgery soon and we want to take advantage of the 40-50% off the first week many sites offer.
The plan would be to subscribe to one, cancel, subscribe to another, cancel etc to get me through 4-6 weeks post op.
I typically eat high protein, diary and gluten free.
The ones I’m looking at right now are Factor, Cook Unity, Nutre and Fuel Meals.
Any others that I’m missing that will make it easy for us to pick meals that hit our macros without having to meal prep for a bit?
We don’t need breakfast since that’s easy (protein smoothie with walnuts, collagen, protein powder, banana and walnuts OR we make mini egg white quiches and top with salmon.
Just trying to find a way to eat healthy while we can’t meal prep as easily. I’m going to require some pretty intense care following neck surgery so I want to take meal prepping off my husbands plate.
We just booked a basic fair with points. I know the flights can be cancelled and have points refunded, but it also appears there is no option for changing the flight without a fair upgrade.
We're flying out for a neurosurgery consult, so we booked the latest flight available (8:30 p.m.)
Since it's not a fun trip, we didn't want to burn more cash or points considering we will likely have to do this trip again soon and stay for about 2 weeks post op.
So here are my questions:
If we get done our appointment with enough time to grab the 5:30 p.m. flight, how long will it take until points are re-deposited from cancelling the 8:30 p.m. flight?
Is it better to do this over the phone or fine from the app?
We can change the flight if we are doing a fair upgrade, which would only be about 6,000 points. Are we stuck burning more points or do they also allow cash?
I know some of these questions can probably get answered by calling Southwest, but I'm not feeling hot today so I figured i'd start by asking here & then make my husband call Southwest later this week.
Never got around to posting this here. Flooded in Hurricane Helene and had to remodel the whole house. Layout of the bathroom is the same as before, but everything else is new.
We have light wood throughout the home, with all metals in a gold tone so it vibes well with the rest of the house.
We have a 2 bath home and this is the small bathroom.
Is this stone or some sort of agate? My brother got it for free off of a construction job. I’m going to try to sell it for him for a few hundred bucks but I can’t find anything exactly like this online. I think it’s Agate or onyx?
My senior dog has gotten worse with holding it. I’m afraid to try medicine since it can cause other issues.
I tried a name brand reusable diaper set but she hates them, and if I leave her alone with them on (I’ve only done it a few times for less than an hour) she pees and or poops herself. She’s only peeing in the house.
I’m wondering if it’s just the fit or it’s uncomfortable.
Any recs for disposable diapers I can try for a 55 lb chocolate lab mix?
Anyone have any solid recs? I have a craving for Lebanese and wanted to get some recs! I’m in St Pete but willing to drive 45 mins to and hour for solid food!
We're staying in Ronda for 3 nights and thought it would be nice to rent a car for the day. We will be hitting Setenil De Las Bodegas, but we're torn on the 2nd location. I know we could easily do 3, but I want to go slow.
Between Zahara De La Sierra and Grazalema, which one would you pick? It looks like the route to Zahara is a little easier, with only a few small sections of smaller mountain roads. My husband is driving, and although he's a good driver, i'd like for him to be relaxed and enjoy his day. We've done day trips full of winding, small mountain roads plenty of times - but it always leaves him tired and a little grumpy at the end of the day.
Do you think Grazalema is worth the extra driving fatigue?
Looking to get a traditional style tattoo next month in Malaga. Any recs greatly appreciated!
We're staying in Ronda for 3 nights, and would like to go see some of the other white villages. I know we can take a bus to Setenil De Las Bodegas, but it seems it might not be so easy to also get to Grazalema and Zahara de la Sierra. I read online that you can typically get a taxi for hire for $100-$160 to make this trip, but I hesitate to wait until to last minute to see if this can be done in person. Does anyone have any recommendations for local taxi drivers?
I've read through other posts and conducted searches in this thread, but I am still a bit confused. As the post states, we will be traveling Madrid --> Segovia --> Seville -->Ronda --> Malaga --> Madrid. We've already pre-purchased our train and bus tickets in between those cities (thanks for the helpful advice I read on this group). Here's my question.. We will be using buses, local metros and local trains to explore those areas and take a few small day trips near by. Is there a card or app that I can use to tap/pay for this everywhere while traveling?
I like to travel light, and while we will have cash on hand, i'd rather not have to pull out cash at every stop to hop on/off.
What is the MOST efficient way to pay for these more local methods of transit? I'm okay if it's not the cheapest, as long as it's not wildly more expensive.
My trip is 4 weeks out and I have not seen any Damas appear. I've also tried Omnio and Busbuddy. Have they just not posted the availability yet? I read on another thread that sometimes they don't post the summer schedule until 2 weeks prior. How accurate is this?
I found BlaBla car options, but the pick up and drop off locations are not ideal (one drops off about 45 minutes by car outside of the city center and will require a few bus transfers).
I did find a train route, but the journey takes 4 1/2 hours and is $100 for 2. Any input is greatly appreciated!
