Anyone else wait for a replacement ultra 1 for almost 2 weeks with no update in sight? How long did it take you to get a replacement? I asked Apple support and they just said "keep checking your email for updates".

Marshmallow white. Had to go up 1/2 a size because of the pop Cush but they’re super comfortable and soft on the heel
