I happen to be scrolling marketplace and BAM I see our future washer and dryer listed for FREE. I immediately could tell it was the one from the listing photos (yes, I look at them often lol). I looked again later in the day and it’s already gone because, well, it was a free washer and dryer that worked. What should I do? Reach out to my realtor now, or wait until the final walk through and be like where the heck did the washer and dryer go?
We also made a few amendments to our conditions where we just changed the date on meeting them. We also issued a waiver of one condition as well. Would this change our original chattel agreement?

I had a peak OPK on CD 16 early AM. Natural cycles thinks I ovulated on that day where as fertility friend thinks it was the day before the peak, where LH was rising.
