Honest advice needed

Never used Vueling before and I've seen terrible reviews online. Are they reliable to fly with?

NO SPOILERS...

Hands up...AI recommended this show based on other series I like. It's between committing to this or Mr Robot. Should I go for The Americans?

Pixel 8 pro port knackered...

USB charging port gubbed. Checked it for lint, dust etc, done all the usual standard stuff. A very old laptop charger can get juice into it, anything else won't connect.

I spoke to Google and they've sent me to an EE walk in repair shop.

Any suggestions on how much I can expect to get fleeced for a repair???

Local golf trip companies?

Greetings. I'm looking to book a golfing trip next year for a large group and will be using a tour agency to help.

Are there any local businesses that people would highly recommend? Would be keen to give the business here and avoid something random online!

Best pods (English speaking)

Looking for any recommendations for god TDFs pods that will cover post stage events, preview the next day etc?

I used to really enjoy Bespoke on the BBC but I think that's gone.

Cheers!

Ragu

So I've recently visited Naples for the first time and I expected the pizza to be incredible (it was), but I was not prepared to be as blown away as I was with the Ragu.

Rich, heartfelt, incredible. Is there any tips someone can give me for how to even attempt to recreate Neopolitan Ragu back home? Is it ingredients, cooking method? I always feel home made stuff is miles off how incredibly rich and tasteful Ragu has been in Naples!

All help appreciated!

Buses...

Hello, I am visiting Ischia and finding the public buses are very unreliable. I am staying in Fango and our hotel provided a timetable and line number (192), to reach Forio. However after waiting 45minutes no bus appeared and we ended up walking.

Is this normal? I also tried the Moovit app and didn't find it much help. Any advice is really appreciated as we were planning on getting public buses for the rest of the week

Coppa del Mondo - Ischia late hours?

Greetings all, I will be visiting Ischia in the coming weeks and as a Scotsman, I am hoping to watch Scotland play (and beat of course) Brazil.

My only concern is this will kick off at 00.00 local time. We are staying in Forio, does anyone know if bars/cafes intend to show games this late? Apologies for my ignorance!

I appreciate the world cup might be a sensitive topic. I wish Italy were there!

Meltdown

This is not a fishing expedition. I am genuinely bemused at the level of meltdown over the VAR penalty decision last night.

From the various official media images doing the rounds, it seems clear as day the ball hits the hand. Am I the only person that doesn't understand the level of coverage a correct decision is getting?

Ciao! My wife and I are planning a trip to Italy mid June and I was looking for some advice. My wife is pregnant so we are hoping for a trip to Italy that will be fairly relaxing, provide options of nice nature walks or walks through classic towns etc and of course, great food!

We have both visited Italy several times, but to the major cities. I have never been to the Lakes and from what I gather Maggiore may be a bit more of a hidden gem than it's Como and Garda counterparts.

We would consider renting a car to get around for a week. Does anyone have any advice if they think we would enjoy a week spent in and around Maggiore? Are there any hubs we should base ourselves at?

Grazie Mile!

Hey, considering driving from Scotland to France for a week, but really no idea what type of location would suit, here's some info and would really appreciate some tips

My wife is pregnant, so we are looking for a location that might tick the following boxes

Able to relax, but go some walks or day trips to cool towns

Ideally not drive a huge distance from Calais, maybe max 4 hours as we'll already be driving approx 10 hours from Scotland.

Good food scene

That's it really! If there are any regions or places you'd recommend let me know!
