pretty straightforward question. he got mace 3 during the arachnid hunger games, whats he gonna do with it? probably give it away to egg, but happy to hear other thoughts
Always been a big fan of uncommon pokemon and beedrill feels like jts got crazy potential, adaptability with a 145 speed and 150 atk makes it an incredible glass cannon…unfortunately thats all it has going for it
Are there any teams where beedrill is actually good or is it always just a gimmick, or is it only used in teams where the goal of the team is just using beedrill?
So Im building a mega starmie team, and am wondering if theres any major threats capable of tanking 32+ Atk Huge Power Starmie-Mega Liquidation in rain. When its a neutral hit
I’ve found a few things that can tank it but they all resist it, the main problem mon I’ve found is archaludon cause it resists liquidation and self-destruct but I have found ways around that problem.
Anything neutral that lives? I want to eliminate any problems before they arrive so it’s good to know
I need a typhlosion-hisui, I have a cyndaquil, I dont have legends arceus. I can trade anything from legends Z-A except shinies or legendaries in exchange
I was getting champions on my iPad so I had a bigger screen than switch and phone, and I checked reviews whilst I waited and saw this gem
I need one for champions
needed for champions, dont have much to offer
would appreciate if someone gave me a genned one
I want to build up my team before M-3 so I can get back to master asap, so I want to sort out some things like leads and strategies which is much easier if I can talk to my opponent.
Dm me if interested
Typically its just a perish trap team, but in particular matchups I have the option of swapping in slowbro and using trick room to take advantage of primarina, scizor, and sinistcha’s lack of speed.
My normal lead is gengar incin, i always either perish song + protect turn 1, or protect + parting shot to reposition into someone who can handle a threat on the board like if theres a garchomp or farigiraf for example.
Slowbro’s a new addition so his EV’s probably aren’t optimal, it’s regenerator over quick draw cause I dont like relying on a 30% chance, and I’ve got quite a defensive team that likes switching around so I find its more useful.
Primarina used to be a secondary perish user, but I’ve had more success with it as a set-up sweeper, +1 SpA hyper voice in the sun does 60% to charizard-Y, and +1 moonblast OHKO’s a lot of neutral mons
Incineroars pretty standard, it rarely deviates across different sets, flare blitz over throat chop to cover kingambit, froslass, and venusaur
Scizor is my bad match-up sweeper, and a coverage killer like primarina. sometimes I switch out M-gengar a turn early so perish is at 1 and the opponent can switch, meaning they definitely will giving me a free swords dance. other times I can just use fake-out or rage powder to secure a swords dance in the same way.
Gengar has barely changed in all the iterations of this team, its very good at its job. shadow ball does very high damage to everything neutral, such as about 60% to mega aggron.
Sinistcha, like incineroar, hasnt really deviated. when I put trick room on slowbro I took it off sinistcha for life dew so I had more survivability, a life dew that goes first is very powerful especially when theres an active perish.
Im considering putting perish back on primarina now that trick room is a thing, and slowbro EV’s are a problem Im aware of.
Any ideas for changes?
want them for champions. I dont mind if its genned, would really appreciate if one got genned just because of this post. have a bunch of shinies to trade for them
if they’re legit
as you can see I run a perish trap team. sinistcha is working fine as is but I came up with the idea to swap trick room for life dew.
This change would help sinistcha serve its role as a healer even better, and trick room is used only in rare scenario’s where I need to flip speed order so gengar is slow enough to not die first in perish.
Im almost definitely gonna do this, but I figured I’d ask.
This goes without saying but I always really appreciate any other changes any of you see.
Yes I know kleavor is an odd choice, Im working on figuring out what to swap it for right now, Im between maushold and tinkaton
Just won a game against a team using espathra, pelipper, archaludon. I use perish trap.
I won cause neither of us knew than baton pass transferred the perish counter and it was already at 1 which was why he switched, so poor archaludon died as soon as the turn it switched in ended, he forfeited which i dont blame him for I’d be raging too
title pretty much sums it up. I have a popplio I can transfer to be traded back once evolved, or you can send a primarina directly. Thanks!
trynna practice against different match-ups to perfect my play. Im unfortunately not back in master yet so havent been up against a lot of meta, which is gonna cause trouble when I start running into them.
Anybody who runs like a char Y, whimsicott, basculegion, garchomp, venusaur type of time willing to do a battle? Im free for the next 3 hours, dont bother responding if this post is 4 hours old, but Im also free 8pm onwards (UK time)
For somebody better at doing spreads than me.
Whats the minimum SP’s in SpA needed for a klefki to consistently OHKO a sableye with dazzling gleam.
The function of klefki is to set screens and provide minor fairy coverage.
I lost a game because both opponents, despite being weak to fairy, barely tanked a dazzling gleam.
how much bulk is worth sacrificing for SpA, and in which stat?
