A month ago I finished Persona 5, thought it was such an emotional and amazing experience that I immediately bought 3 Reload and 4 Golden. I had a decision to make, which one to start next? My friend told me 3R since it was the most similar to P5R...but something pulled me towards P4G....and man I don't regret it at all.

I was hesitant because I was scared that it would not live to the hype and emotional beats, the crying, the laughter, man I am so happy to say that I was wrong.

I love this game so much, the characters are top tier and there isn't a single one I dislike or don't care towards. The memories I had on this game will forever be unique and I can't wait to play it once more in ng+.

Once again the Persona series turns out to be a banger and has now become my favorite franchise, surpassing even Avatar The Last Airbender (trust me, that's say something).

There is only one more stop on my Persona journey....I am hesitant once more, not because I don't believe P3R will fail....but because it's the final game in this journey (Until Persona 6 comes out). Let's get to it.

I have never heard of Persona before this year. I recognized the guy from Smash Brothers "Joker" but that's about it. Then I heard that it was a turn based game, I went hell no that ain't my type of games and went on my way.

It wasn't until a friend of mine kept talking about Persona and how the series is really good and that I should give it a chance. Then I noticed that Persona 5 Royal was free on the PS Plus catalog so I said what the hell.

Now, a few months later and with tears in my eyes, I can say that Persona 5 Royal is my favorite game of all time. The story was amazing, I fell in love with every main character and their interactions. The turn based combat? Wow I never thought I would love the mechanic but this game made me love it, it just felt so good learning the weaknesses and coming up with strategies to defeat the bosses (Okumura and the final boss can go screw themselves).

I have now bought Persona 3 Reload and Persona 4 Golden and I can't wait to dive into their stories, but honestly the Phantom Thieves (especially Makoto ❤️) will always be in my heart.

EDIT: Forgot to add that I will be buying the physical version of P5R, for emotional sake and to support Atlus!

guys, i genuinely have no words. how could we allow bodyshaming and cyber bullying to be this accepted and normalised in our community? especially targeting someone who did nothing besides playing a role that she earned.

thalia tran, the actress who plays mai is getting disgusting, tasteless and abusive comments in her instagram comment sections which are talking about her appearance and especially her weight. first of all, the girl isn’t even obese, but even if she was, would she deserve this? people tend to forget that actors and actresses are REAL people with emotions who can get hurt by words. and yall know whats the worst part? nobody is standing up for her. women treat her just as horribly as men do, meanwhile we are supposed to protect and support each other. and this makes me sad, honestly.

does she look like mai? maybe not. but there are FAR bigger issues about this show than mai not looking like mai, but i’m not gonna talk about it now. all i can say is that i sincerely hope that this girl isn’t reading comments and if she does, she has enough strength to get through this madness without getting hurt too much.
