Your Favourite Smartphone brand and Best Smartphone you ever owned.

as title indicates.

My favourite brand is = Sony and Iphone.

for sony , i had M2 after my bro not using anymore. Overall Phone was great for it's decent specs. (despite it feel chunky to hold without a case) Battery Life Was better than any smartphone i owned. ( Previously had Ericsson X8 and i just lost it). for iphone , i had Ipad , iphone 5s , and 6 before phone was great , battery was ok ( since it has smaller battery on 5s and 6). and iphone 6 and sony m2 is my last phone .

What about you guys?

Do you guys use Battery Saver mode 24/7? Is it actually doing anything?

So, this is my new Reddit account because my old one randomly logged me out and I can't get back in... but anyway, I wanted to talk about battery saver.

Ever since I started buying smartphones, the very first thing I do is turn on the battery saver and leave it on forever. Along with that, I turn off Bluetooth, NFC, and Location, keep my brightness around 40%, and only turn on Wi-Fi everyday.

All of my family (half of it) use battery saver mode daily without turning it off and they also set it to 80% on full charge daily to avoid battery degradation. I work 12 hours. So I cannot set it to 80% for the full charge limit. Some don't use battery saver mode like my siblings and my cousin but they use dark mode and other things to reduce battery usage. And some phones are last half of the day like my parents' Galaxy Tab S9, lasts 2 days ( ofc my parents changed the battery last month).

I usually use my phone between 8 and 9am in the morning and charge it at 10pm daily. We usually replace the battery if we notice that the battery drains faster than before. And my uncle's Honor 7X battery is dead. He didn't replace his phone nearly 1 year ago, so I need to replace his phone battery and my cousin's phone too. I have some old phones, and they all have dead batteries but some are still working. Since some are playing games ( especially my cousin play lol wild rift too much that his phone is barely hot and the battery drains insanely fast), I also play games, but not much.

So how many hours do we use daily is my parents, my uncle and my grandparents use 3 or 4 hours daily but they don't charge frequently. My siblings, my cousin and I use it daily but we charge at night. But I don't see any effective of using Battery Saver but I use it as always so

So I want to know your thoughts : is enabling battery saver as always good as always or affecting the battery life because i don't know the performance here. Does keeping it on 24/7 actually preserve the battery long-term, or am I just limiting my phone's performance for no reason?

Let me know your daily charging and battery habits!
