How do you guys study for long hours

I can study for max 4hrs a day

So i am doing physical and inorganic chemistry from prachand batch of pw last years

Can anyone suggest good one shots of oc?

If yes then how are you convincing your parents and most importantly yourself?

I am more scared about the videos after neet
they all go on and on about how 650 670 ka paper was from what they taught and blah blah
