What's the current state of Casio India's after-sales service in 2026?

Hi everyone,

I'm considering getting one of my Casio watches serviced, but I've come across a mix of reviews about Casio India's after-sales support.

I'd like to know the current situation in 2026 from people who have recently used Casio's authorized service centers.

Some questions I have:

  • Has the service improved recently?
  • Are repair times reasonable?
  • Do they use genuine replacement parts (glass, batteries, straps, etc.)?
  • How is the communication and customer support?
  • Did they restore the watch properly, including water resistance where applicable?
  • Would you recommend using an authorized Casio service center, or is a trusted local watchmaker a better option?

If you've had a recent experience (good or bad), please mention:

  • Your city
  • The service center (if you remember)
  • The watch model
  • What repair was done
  • Your overall experience

I'm hoping to get an idea of the overall quality of Casio India's after-sales service before deciding where to send my watch.

Thanks in advance!
