The tone of the episode (or at least this bit of it if it was a side plot) was probably a bit goofy with it being obvious that the restaurant wasn’t meant to be legit but the main(?) character is oblivious to it and just thinks the place is bad because of poor management or something. I think it’s from an animated show but I’m not sure because I’m pretty sure that I haven’t watched the show it’s from
