Medigap G moving from California to Ohio

Medicare supplement moving from California to Ohio. In CA I have plan G from Humana, 73F.

In the coming days I will be moving to Ohio. I am told I can keep my current plan G from CA, which is Humana for $200/mo.

Or, I can apply for another G from Ohio. I received approximate quote from Ohio for $140/mo with Bankers Fidelity, Underwritten By Atlantic Capital Life Assurance Company. Of course I need to go through underwriting. Right now I am in good health.

After I move I will still be traveling back to California every month and I intend to use the medical team I have in California after I move whenever possible, or until I find good doctors in Ohio.

Will medigap in Ohio cover me in California?

I (73F) am moving from California to Ohio. Currently I have Humana G. But, I will be spending 90% of my time in California because of work.

After I move to Ohio, I am planning to get Humana G again.

  1. can I still keep my primary physician in California as my primary physician?

  2. I want to keep my current network of physicians in California after I move.

Basically, even though I will be moving to Ohio legally, physically I will be spending most of my time in California. What happens?

Thank you.

DIY Revocable Living Trust (RLT)

I (73F) own real homes in California, Ohio, and one overseas. I reside in all 3 houses. I have retirement plans and other liquid assets. Currently, I am a resident of California, but in a few months I will change my legal residence to Ohio.

I am aiming to create an RLT. I don’t have a possible executor of my will. I don’t want to be tied to a lawyer. First of all because which state and which country.

So, I am planning to create a RLT for Ohio, file it at the probate court there. And similarly, one in California.

I have a son and grandkids. I love them but they don’t need anything. Additionally, I have two little ones, a 4 year old and a 1 year old that I am raising. I want to leave most of my stuff to the little ones.

Once I create the document, where will it reside? What happens if I don’t have an executor? What is the best DIY software to create the RLT?

One possible executor lives in Florida. Does it matter if the executor lives in a different state?

I am sure there are good lawyers, but I have seen many mediocre ones. I don’t want to start with a lawyer.

Thanks in

Walmart+ minus the intelligence algorithm

My Walmart+ account was cancelled twice in one day. This morning I got a cancellation email. The email said something like suspecting reseller stuff. They apologized, made me pay for another year’s membership. I ended up with 18 months membership.

Then tonight I tried to order groceries, $36 worth. Again the same “reseller” stuff cancelled it again. They are telling me once an account is cancelled, even when it is by mistake, they cannot refund the fee or reinstitute the account.

I am 73F. We have another senior citizen in the house a toddler and a baby. Weather is extremely hot. So, I need to order all groceries. If someone looked at the order that caused the cancellation, they would see everything is regular household stuff, like cheese, bread, formula, bananas. Nothing is remotely related to “resale”. Plus, what could possibly be for resale in a $36 worth of order.

I think Walmart has the dumbest algorithm in history.

Best spacious large 4 wheel drive7 passenger, SUV under $60K for Ohio?

I am moving from California to Ohio. Driving in harsh winter is a concern. I am 73F. I have 5 foster children, all under the age of 7. I am taking care of. First of all, I need the safest SUV there is. And, reliable, needs to be easy for children to get in and out.

Recently I drove walkswagon Atlas and it felt very comfortable. But, I keep hearing it is not reliable.

From outside I saw Subaru ascend. It seemed big enough.

Of these two, which would you recommend?

Is there another option that are similar to these in terms of size, but possibly is more advantageous?

Thank you.
