I need help because I sent two payments to myself from another bank (due to location) and one amount of 5 went through and it claimed a 10 dollar one also went through but not showing in account. Meanwhile I also sent myself 40 dollars now that is pending. I’m truly hoping the 10 isn’t missing money. Anyone have any tips?

The sending bank I used is closed for now and on their end it shows it completed and sent successfully so I’m lost 🤷🏻‍♂️

Hi all, not sure if anyone knows a work around for this but i tried to DL a trial eSIM yesterday and it seemed like it was about to download and get up and running and somehow a random glitch/error occurred and when i go back into the trial app it just tells me something isnt right only one trial per user (which i know that) i just dont have a way to download another eSIM because of this. I asked CS and all they said was cant find any without an account even tho i offered my email i used to download it.

Any insight here or am I OOL?

So I transferred my eSIM to my 13 mini last night and no matter what I can’t get 5G signal in my condo but if I start driving down the street some I finally get it. The agent told me about a temporary mobile outage and Verizon site known issue.

When I switch the phones data to LTE it seems to give me a bit better speed results not a huge difference but better than 1-2 mbps. I have done the typical steps and doesn’t get better. It seemed the same way on my 15.

So could this just be how my condo gets Verizon data signal or does the outage issue make more sense?

So i just came back to Citizens about a month ago, support has been saying for a while since theyre re-designed app, the savings tracker has been down. I really want to use Round ups and trying hard to be patient. Anyone else having an issue as well?

Apparently my phone is not showing some group text properly (like a gray bubble here and there) along with some missing texts/photos. Know of a fix for this?

Haven’t had much issue other than this with Mint
