Everyday someone clogs the toilets with a whole roll of toilet paper. Why do people have to act like this?

It's legitimately crazy how of the last few weeks a certain bathroom section without fail has every stall clogged with toilet paper completely full. It's like the fill the whole bowl with toilet paper, try to flush it and add even more on top of it.

Like what is the point in doing this? It's absolutely annoying since someone is going to have to now travel multiple minutes to find maybe a not occupied stall. I don't understand why someone would want to do this since it's not even funny.

Does anyone else experience this?

Is it worth upgrading from a skypad 2?

Hi everyone,

I've been curious lately about if it's worth it to upgrade my skypad as I've pretty much got it around it's release.

The issue I've been running into with my research is that I'm seeing way too much conflicting opinions in regards to me upgrading. I'm seeing different posts how people say recent glasspads are basically superior, to people saying it's just profile difference to even those saying the skypad 2 still can't be beat!

I've asked in other communities about upgrading and I've basically gotten no responses. If it helps, I'm someone that plays advanced level benchmarks for aim training. Overall the pad feels the same but the rubber base circled have completely worn out.

Thanks for all the answers!

I recently moved cities and the only LGS to play at seriously smells horrendous. Is the only option seriously just not to play?

Hi everyone,

As the title in the post mentions, I have recently moved and naturally I wanted to check out the various card shops around the city. Due to it being a smaller town, I assume it's the reason there is only one store that supports this game.

I checked out the store a few days before playing to see what it was like and I didn't notice any sort of issue in regards to smell. It was during the first day of playing where I could smell whatever the horrible BO or dry poop or whatever was going on. It was radiating off the other people playing essentially. I thought to myself that it was maybe a one time thing (As I've definitely experienced partaking in events that smelled before in my hometown) and would try again the following week.

Of course the same exact thing happened where the smell was permeating the whole play area. Even though I'm basically new to this stores community, I went up to one of the employees at the main desk and they told me "Oh I don't smell anything! It never really smells here!". which obviously makes me not believe them.

So is there really anything I can do about this? As this is a new city, I don't really have any other friends that would play like I did at home and I would really like to play physically. All help is welcome!

Thanks!

Looking to get top 100 scores on various SPEED clicking scenarios (rawmousecontrol reload and so on). Need tips on how to actively improve my amount of accurate clicks.

Hi everyone,

I'm posting this on reddit as it seems like none of my questions are getting answered on any of the various aim community discords and searching other resources doesn't seem applicable enough for the kind of growth I'm looking for.

I've been tackling more speed clicking over the last week and a half and I've been slowly getting better everyday! However, to get the kind of scores I want to achieve will require me to VASTLY improve my total clicks for each PB increase if I'm wanting to get scores I'm satisfied with. Getting a one point increase everyday is totally fine, but eventually it's going to be every other day and that will end up taking forever to get the kind of scores I'm wanting to achieve!

I'm looking to at minimum start getting 320 points on at least rawmousecontrol reload which will also help me out on other benchmark tasks such as rawmousima and so on. I've been trying to approach getting better PBs by using the usual methods for things such as static scenarios but I feel like it's way too slow for something that requires almost double what you'd need for a good benchmark rank score! Doing the forced speed method also feels incredibly uneffective due to needing very high accuracy for the amount of required clicks!

VODs are something I always refer to when I need help and I can't find any answers but I legitimately cannot understand some of the techniques being utilized because of the speed and accuracy being incredibly fast for each micros in a tiny map! These 350+ point vods look incredibly insane with the high accuracy values being presented that it looks like these players are playing some game on a different genre.

Just incase it helps, I'm someone who gets scores on advanced/hard benchmarks incase people need to prescribe advice more fitting for players that are similar to me.

Thanks for all the tips!

Dumb question but don't clients care if someone is using the restroom while on speaker phone?

I've noticed that at least for the company I work for is that a decent amount of people actively talk on the phone while going about their business in the restroom. You can clearly hear people talking about relevant pertaining things to the company while on the phone because most of the time these people are on speaker. I personally could never imagine why you would actively use the restroom while on call.

A somewhat amusing incident happened today when I went to the restroom to quickly wash my hands. Like the post is talking about, someone was in a stall while talking to a client on speaker. However, the dude in the stall was clearly going through the motions because he made some of the most foul, disgusting noises I've heard in quite some time WHILE he was moaning about "The big one". The person on the phone clearly went "What the hell???" and pretty much other people in the restroom started chuckling pretty hard.

Because of what happened today, isn't that a reason WHY you wouldn't want to be on speaker while in the restroom? I don't think these phone calls are so important that they have to continue while in the stall. I'm like super baffled.

Huge commissioner here! I feel like I'm seeing a lot of malicious comments about suggested prices that I feel are being mentioned more and more. As someone who commissions way too much art, I'd like to talk about the reality of pricing.

Hi everyone!

I'm seeing WAYYYYYYYY too many comments on various art subreddits in regards to artists pricing that honestly feels malevolent. As someone who has commissioned well over a thousand unique pieces over the years, I feel like I have a good understanding when it comes to commissioning art! You can probably recognize me alone from certain tags when they get posted to gallery sites or posts on social media.

There seems to be a lot of people who are instantly jumping to suggesting for someone to charge 100+ USD for a individual fullbody, without giving into consideration ones skill level or style. In the reality of things, that is actually considered PREMIUM pricing for a drawing when it comes to commissioned art.

What a lot of people don't seem to realize is that the space for commissioned art is incredibly saturated in which it causes a ton of competition. Artists aren't necessarily undercutting each other for clients but one thing is that people have to take into account the average pricing for art that a lot of people offer throughout the world. Most of my purchased art is in the typical anime style that is incredibly popular. So when I see a bunch of posts about how people aren't getting any sort of commissions, I can easily see that the problem said artist is having is because of their pricing!

You have to inherently compare yourself other artists who are living off commissions regardless of your style. This means taking into account what you are offering for a commission itself. What will a client receive if they were to spend 100 USD? As someone who have commissioned too much art over the years, here's the average offering I can get for 100 USD when it comes to artists that do anime art.

  • Two FULL BODY Characters, usually with Cell Shading Rendering
  • Background including props (As long as it isn't complex)
  • Unlimited Edits during the sketch phase and any smaller edits during the lineart. Free corrections when it comes to coloring and shading.
  • 5 Day turnaround for a completed piece. Promptly communication.

This is usually what I'm getting for 100 USD. This is because a lot of these artists that offer this kind of pricing lives in countries where they are able to stretch that money really well. My commissions alone is able to help some artists live comfortably. Unfortunately, you may consider all the same services provided easily over 250+ USD but this is A TON of artists offering this value. I know some artists where I can get that for even cheaper! That's the pricing you have to compete with in reality. The mythical commissioner that is able to drop 500 no problem is not going to show their face unless you are a renown artist yourself or you have rapport with said individual.

Sure, you can say "My style is very unique! I think I can charge a lot more for this?" but is the value taking into account on the technical level of other artists? Just because you offer a unique take on rendering doesn't mean you can dismiss things such as anatomical errors or very out of place proportions! People who regularly commission art are going to see such errors and will definitely decline attempting a commission if they see someone charging wayyyy too much for something so obvious!

Another thing people seem to always bring up is to integrate your pricing with the amount of hours you spend on a piece. You can't charge 25 a hour when it takes you over 10 hours to produce a piece that has minimal shading. I'm good friends with someone who worked in the video games and animation industry as a character concept artist and the dude can get you a fully rendered piece in under 3 hours with no sweat! His friends that also worked with him is also able to offer commissions at the same pace. Even those that didn't work in such a environment were able to get me a fully rendered piece in a similar time frame. Getting all that work done so quickly is what allows them to take more commissions a week and their regular clients are able to put in more orders as well.

I noticed that a lot of these people who suggest "omg you need to charge 200 EASY!!! ur art is so good!!!" also tend to be people who don't even commission art themself! Sure, spreading the good vibes is awesome, but we have to be real about things. People aren't spending money on art like it's essentials to living life. 200 dollars is a lot of money to people! Artists who don't get commissions may run into problems getting commissions due to marketing, but telling someone who can't even get one commission to raise their price isn't going to help at all!

Hopefully this prompts a discussion in regards to pricing. The field is incredibly competitive so it's good to research your competition! If you truly need to ask others if your pricing is too high and you aren't getting commissions, then you definitely need to lower your pricing. Likewise, if you are someone who is able to produce a piece that is similar to what you'd find in Gacha splash art and you have 5000+ followers, you can definitely charge more than 40 dollars! (This was actually a real instance with a artist I knew!)

I hope this helps!

I went to the restroom and saw a sandwich on the floor of a stall. SOMEONE straight up picked it up and it sounded like they were eating it. ARE WE FOR REAL???

What is said in the title is something I for whatever reason happened to see go down. There were some doubts but it clearly sounded like when someone is eating food with their mouth opened. What in the world goes on in someones head that they are willing to place their food on the RESTROOM FLOOR of all things and start eating it. We see posts all the time here how the restrooms are incredibly disgusting with poop and pee all over the ground and someone is seriously just deciding to eat food that was sitting on the floor?

Like why would someone do that? I seriously cannot think of a single reason why someone would not only eat food ON THE TOILET but also LEAVING IT ON THE GROUND. I seriously can't believe this was something I saw...

Hi everyone, kinda ridiculous I am having to post this on reddit of all things.

The office I've worked at for some time now has normally never had any problems in regards to restroom use. However, over the last few months has been seeing a increase of problems specifically in the men's room that is causing a huge headache for all.

A few months ago, it's been noticed that someone is leaving huge sticky puddles all over the floor of most toilets and of course also the seats. It's not like these are accidents as it's very obvious someone is doing this on purpose. Naturally, the janitors end up cleaning the mess but the same issue happens the next day! Eventually, toilets are simply getting closed off because the staff is getting fed up having to clean up these disgusting messes everyday.

I ended up bringing up this issue up with HR because one day I particularly found a extremely disgusting incident that can be seen as way more gross than what has recently been going on. The only thing that came from this is that they put up signs but that clearly isn't doing anything in the slightest. I've read countless posts mentioning how companies start sending out emails, having meetings and so on but HR mentions they can't really do anything about it.

At this point it's getting extremely obnoxious for a lot of people because only two toilets are basically available for all the men in the building and they are hiring about a hundred new people a month so you can see wait times increasing tremendously. And there are people who are very obviously using it to hide and play games on their phone (At least turn off the volume dude...)!

Is there anything I can do that can help get this resolved? I assume this is due to one of the many new hires over the past few months so it's basically impossible to track down who is causing this issue. All comments are appreciated.

Thanks!
