I am an Algerian who wants to study abroad, i'm in my last high school year, doing my BAC exam this year and i'm gonna apply to UniPadova when the portal opens in January 7 2027. Now an important part of getting a student VISA includes proving funds, a financial amount of money that should be present in your personal bank account or your sponsorships' by the time you apply, for Italy this is around 10,795.5€. And other countries give similair numbers either in € or $. My question is:
considering that exchanges to EURO are impossible in the Algerian bank, how did you guys manage to fulfill that requirement? Do they accept an equivilant in DZD? Do they accept a loan? Did you use the parallel market rates? A third party to help you prove them? Please share your experience bellow and thank you.

Anyone knows what's wrong with the electrecity today and yesterday? Here in Ouledyaich, we lost it for over an hour and a half at literally 12am. Any of you also lost it at the same time? And anyone knows why?

I've made a post a few weeks ago about a similair topic and noticed many prefered Algerians long-term. So i want to know, how many of you are actually open to it? Dating/marrying a foreign person? If yes then do you have any rules? Like ethnicities, race, or certain people you'd rule out? Give your why for either answer.

I noticed that enemies mostly don't really react to me running past them as long as they don't see me, they only seem to hear thrown bottles, glass on floor (in ark), gunshots and boxes. Does anyone experience that?
