Nah, you can fuck all the way off with that. I'm out completely now.
I've researched as much as I feel I can, so I want to ask directly: Starlink won't work for someone who is constantly changing countries, right? I live in Mexico, but I am going abroad for two years (through the USA, Europe, Australia, and Asia). It seems I'd have to re-register the device in a "home" country (wherever I am at the time) at a minimum, but I don't want service to be disconnected at any time. Essentially, I want to use Starlink as a guarantee I'll have at least basic Internet instead of having to rely on WiFi everywhere I travel.
First, is anyone successfully doing this? And secondly, if not, what is the right plan? i see a cheap $200/mo global roaming plan. Will my service be turned off if I don't go to Mexico every two months? Generally, during this trip, I plan to be in MX for a month out of each of the two years, and then return permanently to Mexico (where I'd want Starlink still).
Appreciate any help.
Previously, I would never, ever, write longer than 14 days, and usually more like 4DTE in most cases. That brought me a tight window where I understood the delta and how much I'd be leaving on the table when calls out-performed and I was assigned.
For reasons that I won't get deeply into (basically my broker got annoying unavailable and I wasn't self-directed yet), I just got aggravated and wrote calls out to 6/18. Got totally wrecked. I mean, I didn't "lose" money, but I left like $80,000 on the table.
Never again!
Hi folks! I was looking to see if anyone else has experienced overheating with a GoPro Hero 13 in shallow (10-25 feet) water. I've tried it with and without the dive housing, and it still overheats after about 10 minutes. I'm heartbroken because it died right in the middle of a special dive with a turtle.
The last time it happened, my GoPro Hero 13 totally died, so it isn't something I want to keep happening. I tossed the camera in electronics recycling, but before I buy a new one I wanted to see if this is a persistent problem for people. In that case, I'd choose another model (or brand). It's expensive to break these things with any sort of consistency.
Radiance of the Seas pulled back into our island tonight after it had already left, and didn't depart until 9:15 local time. What happened, for those of you on it? I'm just nosy.
