I want to understand something here. When you say I mean, you personally what do you think of if someone said to you she/he had a past i.e Relationship/bf? Does 'past' = physical intimacy in your mind or do you take it as he/she just dated someone without having s*x? What comes to your mind? Also, please mention which region you're speaking from East, West, Arab, Africa, etc. so I can understand how people from different regions think about this.

Recently I was thinking about investing in Sukuk bonds. Our gov recently took the initiative to start collecting money through Islamic bonds with over 9% yearly return. Then I got the idea of why Don't I do the same but in small scale. In which case my return will be around or over 100% since businesses usually pays 10% interest per month to the lenders. And I can offer same or lower % but it Won't be Riba and in a Muslim majority country there is no shortage of demands of halal financing. Now I've already done it and started with one.

You invest in a physical asset, and the issuer pays you a share of the revenue. When you buy bond(s), gov use that money to buy equipment or asset and pays you rent.

Why I'm not going the partnership?

Main issue is trust. I Don't trust my them. Most of them are morally corrupt. Even if they make money they might say they are at lose and I Won't be able to do anything about it.

The principal remains the same, I'm not lending. I simply buy an asset that the guy owns and rent it out to him.

I do microfinance model and Street vendors are my real target group. And they pay Daily or weekly.So the cashflow is consistent.
