What is this development sign off Hwy 180 and DeWolf?

Passed by and saw this sign (sorry pretty blurry) but it looks like hotels, stores and more from Katch General. I can’t find anything online about the parcel or any CEQA docs.

Anyone have info on this development?

Jim Costa would rather send $3.3 billion/year to Israel than help the residents of the Central Valley. He’s also taken $300k from AIPAC.

I hate Jim and the rest of the R’s that support Israel in the Central Valley.

“i'm watching wazowski… always watching”

"Flock is only reading license plates"…."Flock isn't training on human behavior, only vehicles”

Then why are there so many at the Savemart off Herndon and Marks, and River Park, or pointing at the behind Fancher Creek?

No Vacancy Coffee

I always pass by their sign off Clovis Ave, but don’t see anything on maps. Anyone know when they’ll open? Would like to support a local coffee shop instead of the bajillion Starbucks around the area.

Any Sears Kit Homes in Fresno?

I feel like some homes in the Tower District are probably sears kit homes. Anyone know for sure if there are any in town? These homes are so beautiful.

Will city take this area to continue California Ave?

Wondering if there have been talks with current tenants off the Fowler and California to get their land annexed to continue the development around California Avenue. Those houses are so pretty, and I would be so sad to see them go.

Just basing this off the tract map of the new "Sunnyside Heights" Bonadelle neighborhood. Also, inferring this based on the creation of Sanger West and most of the area surrounding turning into $$$$ single-family homes.

Sunnyside Country Club Satellite Imagery 1947-2025

On the search for more satellite imagery of the Sunnyside area. Found this image in one of the "As Pops Saw It" books. Perspective is South vs the other satellite imagery North from Google earth.

Anyone know other places to find old satellite imagery of the Sunnyside area? Librarians recommended genealogy dept. Thinking also maybe Fresno state or other institutions?

Any motorcycle mechanics that can fix a CSC San Gabriel 250 in Fresno?

All the mechanics I’ve contacted only work with Harley’s or Yamahas. Looking for someone that can fix and maintenance.

Is this ironic?

Driving down McKinley today and saw this “Power to the People" solar billboard. Then remembered someone here said the CEO of solar negotiators donated to Trump's campaign…

So they took a Black Panther slogan, put it on a billboard to sell solar panels, while their CEO funded a president who is doing the opposite of everything the Black Panthers stood for…

What’s the history of the school district boundaries?

Any maps, resources or info about why our school district boundaries are the way they are? City of Fresno but Central, Sanger or Clovis Unified… Why? How?

Fresnobland on Instagram is distasteful

There is a recent post on the fresnobland Instagram account that utilizes AI generated content to depict a racist caricature for a city council candidate.

The whole page is a mimic/parody of the Fresnoland newssite. Utilizing the logo, but also posting some wild stuff.

Very interesting to see followers: some Republican and some associated with the Fresno Young Democrats. I don’t know who’s behind this account, probably some shady establishment figures, but it’s so messed up.

Fresno developer: Focus on literacy, not land use… signed, a man who stands to profit from the land use

Lost brain cells reading Assemi’s op-ed… So funny that they included “He owns 30 acres in North SEDA.” at end but didn’t mention how Trustee Susan Writtrup is his partner.
