i cant figure out how to install the firmware for my heltec v3 ESP32 Lo Ra development board. anyone know of a good video or able to help me. the video on amazon is to fast and confusing

I finally got them to admit there was an issue. That the steam update in December broke in-game voice. That there working on a fix. Anyone know if anything has been fixed?
