First Disneybound!

We had so much fun. While we were in line for Guardians, a cast member called us over and said “Do you guys want to come back later? I love your outfits, Winnie The Pooh is my favorite!” She gave us a paper fast pass to come back, and opened the line barrier and moved us right to the LL. It was such a sweet surprise!
(The Tigger photos were right after Tiana’s so we were soaked 😂)

Looking for travel agent recommendations 🙂

We are looking to book 6 nights at Disney World next September, and would love to find a TA that is attentive and will help us create a truly memorable trip as it is 3/4 of our first time to DW and my sons 10th birthday.

Google easily shows me big companies, and I am definitely not opposed to them! I am sure they do great work.
But I am wondering if a smaller agent can provide a more personal service.

I have always booked my own trips (disney cruises and disneyland), but am looking for a little help for this trip so I can relax and be a bit more present with my kids.

Who did you use and love? And why?

First time, anyone want to trade?

I have not traded on this board before, but thought I would give it a try!

I am always ISO Dug, Marie, or Fox & The Hound.
Also looking for a pin from the Art Of Animation resort.

Support a new all star cheer athlete, please consider buying some popcorn!

Hi All, if you have even opened this post- Thank you!

My 6 year old daughter joined an All Star cheer team this season, and with it come steep fees.
Her gym is currently running a Double Good Popcorn fundraiser, she earns 50% of all sales. All funds raised go directly to the gym to help with her personal travel and competition fees.

If you have a craving for some popcorn, or simply want to support a young athlete, please consider buying some!

Dispensary/delivery after 10pm?

Our flight lands in Santa Ana at 10pm, and that seems to be when the dispensaries close. Are late night delivery services legit? Or are there any legit dispensaries open late?

Fort Wilderness cabin or AoA suite?

We are planning a trip for Sept 2027 for my son’s birthday. We have not been to DW world before, but we have stayed one night in the Little Mermaid rooms as AoA before a cruise, and we all LOVED the theming.

My husband snores and we cannot sleep in the same room 😅 I am trying to decide between a family suite at AoA, or a cabin at Fort Wilderness. They are roughly the same price, so cost is not a factor.

What would you recommend, and why?

We do plan on one lazy pool day, and the pool at Fort Wilderness doesn’t look nearly as fun as the AoA pools. The Skyliner is also a big draw.
But I do love the full kitchen in the cabin, saving money on a real breakfast is highly appealing. We don’t take afternoon breaks, we rope drop and go until fireworks.

I would love to hear any advice or tips!

60lbs gone, I feel like a new person.

I lost 60lbs over 14 months, and I can’t believe how much better I feel! Health wise, but I have also found my confidence again. This has changed my life.

If you are just starting or feel like you are losing weight slowly, keep going.

$15 tip to someone that can properly edit this

My family has professional photos taken, but the lack of editing has left me unsatisfied with the final result. I would like to use this as our Christmas card photo, as well as framed in our home.

Could someone edit the people in the background out, and do some shadow and color correction? And maybe remove the bruises from my daughter’s legs. Without diminishing the resolution please. I don’t know exactly what I want, but the sun was bright and it feels a bit harsh.

Places to stay/dine for 7 year olds birthday

My daughter turns 7 on November 7, and we just bought Disney On Ice tickets. We will be driving in from Boise for the weekend.

Can anyone recommend some nice hotels with an indoor pool (4 star ideally), and a fun restaurant to take her to? She loves steak!

I am looking at the Little America Hotel, and experience with it would be welcome 🙂

She is a girly girl and we will be trying to make the weekend as special as possible, as she chose a family trip to see Disney On Ice over having a birthday party.
