How do I report a moderator from another subreddit who is trying to take over our subreddit?

He has been trying to take over our subreddit for quite some time. I know this because people have repeatedly sent me screenshots of his DMs, where he encourages them to mass report us and says a lot of unnecessary and hostile things.
The other day, one of my fellow moderators was permanently banned from Reddit after she violated one of Reddit’s rules. Almost immediately afterward, he sent us a modmail asking whether our subreddit was still active, and he also submitted a request to take over another subreddit that she owned she kept emailing Reddit and explaining the situation and they unbanned her
I already sent a modmail here with evidence of his behavior, but I haven’t received any response.

في كثير منشورات بنشوفها بلصب بكون لازم تنحذف وفي معارك بلتعليقات او منشورات كثير غبية لو كل حدا شاف اشي وحس انو سيء او ما بناسب الصب او بكسر القوانين بلغ على منشور أحنى اكيد رح نشوف التبليغ ورح يكون اسهل من انو نمشي للمنشورات واحد واحد عشان هيك بطلب من الكل انو يساعدنا بانو يبلغ على المنشورات الي بتخالف القوانين

creating missiles range using cc sphere

tried using a 3D shape, but the Opacity effect doesn't change anything. I also tried using CC Sphere, and it looked kind of good, but I can't scale the sphere beyond 100%. When I try to keyframe the scale from 0% to 100%, it doesn't scale up the way I imagined it would. Do you have any suggestions?

[fully lost] king Abdallah and Mithat Bereket interview

I have been looking for the interview for a while now, but I still haven’t found any pictures or videos of it. I tried contacting Mithat Bereket, but he didn’t respond. It is mentioned in his résumé and on the Wikipedia page that he wrote himself, yet it seems to be nowhere to be found.

For context, Mithat Bereket is a famous Turkish journalist who has conducted many interviews with well-known figures such as Nelson Mandela, Yasser Arafat, and Madeleine Albright. He uploaded some interviews to his YouTube channel years ago, but he never uploaded these interviews.
