Am I cooked? And would bipap help me with my symptoms?

Had a CBCT scan taken today after being told by a few doctors that ny airway seemed fine from examining it physically. I did post a scan in r/jawsurgery however due to some reasons I had another one taken today.

I likely won't be able to get surgery due to my location and have heard from a few people in this sub that they've had a positive experience with bipap. I currently experience all classic symptoms of sleep apnea and what wondering whether I could get some relief if I ended up getting the machine.

Narrow airway in CBCT scan?

I (21M) posted my CEPH scan here before and people said I was pretty narrow. I'm getting a consultation with a surgeon soon after some people here recommended it. Since CBCT scan are supposed to provide a clearer idea of how narrow an airway is I thought Id post some of the sagital view slices here to see what other people thought. Another thing I'm not sure on how to do is measuring airway volume since the place I got the scan from simply provided the raw data. I would like to add that I had a polisomnigraphy that probably ruled out moderate to severe sleep apnea but was inconclusive for mild sleep apnea so I will prolly repeat the test. In addition to this I have been to a surgeon before however i hadn't had a scan done so after a physical exam he said that my jaw was fine and I wouldn't cause any airway problems an ortho I visited said the same thing.

Insights and Opinions on CEPH scan?

I posted this on r/jawsurgery but since I primarily want insights related to the airway felt that I should post here as well. So basically I went to an ortho for an evaluation and IMW was 37mm so normal, however I still feel like I struggle to breathe a lot especially when I'm lying down and for years have had poor and unrefreshing sleep. I had a sleep study done however it was not conclusive as I barely slept and it didn't measure RERAs.

I wanted to ask if anyone could tell by looking at the scan if my airway was narrow. Ortho said it looked great! But the lower airway looks pretty small to me. Obviously I'm not a professional. The reason I'd like your insights is if it's worth pursuing this or getting a second opinion.

Have no idea what to do?

I'm 21 (M), 61 kg, 5 feet 9.5, and feel like the past seven years of my life have been hell due to constant fatigue, weakness and sleepiness. My symptoms can be best described as fatigue and tiredness to the point of affecting cognition if I sleep anything less than 11-12 hours. Tested negative for auto-immune conditions, HIV and hepatitis. Ferratin is normal, vitamin D is normal (also supplementing 5000IU +K2) taking a zinc supplement along with B complex no effect. Had a sleep study done which was inconclusive for mild sleep apnea/UARS but probably ruled out severe sleep apnea. Ive been to multiple doctors with all their advice circling back to exercising and working out which I did for 4-5 months and felt had an effect upto an hour or two after exercise only. I also have LFTs that are slightly derranged but not NAFDL levels, however doctors have not been able to diagnose the reason for years. I'm at a loss now and don't know what to do next. This is significantly affecting my life and I'd appreciate if anyone that went through something similar could offer insights into how they were able to deal with or manage their issue.

What's the best way to invest money in the Pakistani market if one has no prior experience?

Asslam-u-Alaikum, I'm 20 years old and am trying to gain a sense of how to invest in the Pakistani stock market. Ive read a book or two about investments in the US market but Pakistan doesn't operate the same way, so thought it was best to try and get advice from people with past experience. Say someone has 1 - 2 mil pkr in savings, can afford to invest 50k a months, and wants to invest what's the best way to invest it rather than just let it rot in a bank? I'd be grateful if the people on this sub provide advice with regards to my question and/or resources or guides I could read up on!

Question for members of the pashtun ethnic group that belong to communities that do not speak pashto in their day to day life

I wanted to ask Pashtun communities in certain regions of KPK and Balochistan—such as Hazara Division, Sibi, Dukki, Mianwali, Kohlu, etc.—that have lost the Pashto language or have been culturally influenced by other ethnic groups, whether there is a strong push or shared desire to preserve their cultural heritage and language. This obviously revolves around the accessibility of Pashto and whether it holds enough utility in day-to-day life to remain viable.

I am aware that there are probably many individuals who want to preserve their heritage, but I want to know whether this desire is reflected across the wider community. Unfortunately, looking at people from my own community, the Jafar, Rawani, and Gharsheen of the Durug Valley, I do not see much of a push to adopt or reclaim the Pashto language, despite the wider region being predominantly Pashto-speaking. People will happily claim the heritage but do not feel the need to speak the language.

This doesn't seem to be the case among the smaller populations located in Ziarat, Quetta, and Loralai, but it appears more noticeable among those living in Musakhel specifically. I'm curious to hear what the views are within your own communities.

Can someone help me narrow down the place of birth of this individual

This individual on the top Abdul Karim Khan Miyana/Mianrhai is who the pashtun dynasty of Savanur trace their origin to. The tree says he was from Bhawarsa and Jawarsam near Kabul. Clearly, these villages or localities no longer exist anymore. However, given that it says he was born near Kabul somewhere between the 13 and 14th centuries likely, what modern-day location was he likely from? For reference, Ragati Bahlul Miyana lived in the 1600s his father, Abdul Hassan Khan Miyana, was in the service of the Lodis I blv.

▲ 2 r/NUST

Assalam u Alaikum, I wanted to know if others on this sub could share their opinions and experiences with NUSTs law programme. Frankly I had no idea NUST even offered LLB until recently. My brother recently got admitted to LUMS's LLB programme MashaAllah but that isn't proving to be a financially viable option for my family and other universities don't seem to be any good. However, I know that NUST is a prestigious uni and generally produces competent individuals so I wanted to know if those currently enrolled in the LLB programme think that it's a good option and would recommend it to others.
