Been wanting to play this game, long before the Switch 2 version was announced. Such a fun game, and I’m glad to have played it before the remake, so I can see all the differences. Also this is somehow only the second Zelda game I’ve ever beaten 😅 Can’t wait for the remake 🔥
Always fun to get to a Kirby game in the backlog, and finally was able to burn this one. Although not my favorite Kirby game, it has its charms with nice music, fun boss fights and of course the yarn art style. Would probably give it a 6 or 7 out of 10 in terms of total enjoyment.
Continuing my goal to beat at least one Pokemon game from each generation with Pokemon White 2. Very fun game, and gen 5 as a whole is a blast. Also was pretty cool to use the memory link feature, as I had finished White 1 earlier this year, so I was able to see some special flashbacks and even catch one of N’s pokemon. I can see why the DS era of pokemon is regarded as having some of the most loved games. This game also has a ton of postgame content, so I’m hoping to get to that eventually as well, but for now, this one is burned 🔥
My last burn for the month 🔥 This game was just a ton of fun and super relaxing. I loved the art style, and the fact that the characters are sort of velvety. Very cozy game 😌
A very fun, turn your brain off and play type of game. I really enjoyed the areas, different characters and boss fights, but I found myself ready to get to the final fight long before I actually got there. Definitely plan on continuing post-game at some point.
Recently picked up this copy of Dynasty Warriors 5 Xtreme Legends, and don’t know if it has repro or authentic artwork? The spine is what’s throwing me off the most, I have 15+ other ps2 games and none of them have spines that are as misaligned as this one 😅 is this sort of normal for authentic artwork? Any help would be greatly appreciated
Been steadily working on the handheld backlog 😂 This one was a personal achievement though, I can’t count how many times I tried to beat this game as a kid and failed! One of my all time favorite shows. The best part of the game is definitely the music 😅
First game of the month burned, and a classic Gameboy game at that. This has been in the backlog forever, so glad to finally give it a go. Definitely recommend 👍
Didn’t know exactly what flair to use for this one 😅 I had a ton of fun playing color splash. Out of the Paper Mario series I’ve only ever beaten TTYD before this, and while I would rank that above this one, color splash is right up there in terms of just fun and enjoyment. Can’t wait to play the other Paper Mario games I have on the backlog.
5381 resets for this lil guy. First was Mudkip. Now starts the hunt for Torchic!
My introduction to the series. What a game. Not my favorite I’ll admit, but it was a ton of fun. Favorite thing was probably the soundtrack; absolutely fantastic to listen to. Can’t wait to get to more Metroid on the backlog!
Been wanting to do this project for a while. Finally got all the parts and swapped my original white one to match my silver ps2 slim, to use with the 8bitdo retro receiver. Spray painted the touchpad because I couldn’t find one close enough to what I was looking for. Pretty happy with how it all turned out
Played on Super Mario 3d Allstars. Fantastic game, brought back some great memories. Did not end up 100 percent completing this, as there are many more games to be burned on the list
