I got the idea that i can quit porn easier and more naturally by using a fleshlight to masturbate. That way i can quit porn (not masturbation) and not develop death grip. Should i stop masturbating cause i see that when i abstain from it i feel better.
The porn is the main problem but masturbation keeps you in a low energy all day. What do yall think about that? Should i do clean nofap or just leave the porn and continoue masturbating without it maybe to fantasy?
