Express/ Rapid tans that get you dark while being USED AS DIRECTED AS A RAPID TANNER?

I am someone who can “bake” in a mousse self tanner for 1-2 hours, but I hate the feeling on my skin so I can never, ever sleep in it. I can handle some lotions overnight if not too sticky

Can someone recommend an express/ rapid tan that can still get you dark while being USED AS DIRECTED??! I don’t know if it’s just me, but I find it frustrating when I see people on this sub recommending a rapid/ express (mousse), yet then they mention they left it on overnight.

Obviously it had more time to marinate, so of course it’s darker. That’s not even helpful for those who need honest feedback for rapid tanners if you are not using it as directed by leaving it on hours longer!!

Best DARK tan LOTIOn after 1 application?

I self tan once weekly, but cannot sleep in sticky mousse so I always need some kind of “express.” I’ve learned that I CAN sleep in a self tan lotion.

Can anyone recommend the DARKEST self tan lotion that’s meant to be worn overnight, but doesn’t need multiple applications to get a nice, dark color? I just want something I can get darker overnight once in between my weekly tanning without needing to re- apply nightly to “build” color

Most tan lotions I see are meant to be used multiple times to gradually increase color. Hoping anyone has a product they can recommend!

Why do some sellers do this 😂

Maybe seller is just making sure I know every step but i find this to be annoying because I get a text sent to me when packages are delivered from Mercari. Leave me alone lol

I can’t wait for my son to be older. I don’t enjoy most of these younger years

I love my son to death, but I found the infant stage with him to be difficult because I had never really been around babies, I had only babysat elementary aged kids when I was a teen, but now he’s 3.5 and it’s even harder!

He is extremely active (nonstop playing & moving from one activity to the next within minutes when he’s awake- and I’m not exaggerating). He also wants constant attention on him at all times and it’s exhausting, honestly. Now he goes to preschool 2 days a week for about five hours each day and I feel like it’s been helpful for him in many ways with learning and socializing, but he’s also picking up on negative behaviors from school. He will hit, pinch, and will say things like “Shut up mommy” or “Shut up dummy mommy.” We never say shut up at home or use the word “dummy.” In addition to being very active, he’s also very “bossy” and defiant. We’ve tried “time out” and he laughs, we will say no to things appropriately, he doesn’t care- he wants it his way, now

I took him to an indoor play the other day where you buy tokens to play games. He had fun, but when we ran out of tokens and it was time to leave, he had the meltdown of hitting and yelling “you shut up, dummy mommy! SHUT UP!!” Obviously I can’t control what he says, but how embarrassing. It gives me a lot of anxiety

I chose to be a one & done mom because there’s no way I could handle two kids at this stage. My husband has always a wanted a son, so he’s fine with that choice too. My husband works so I’m home with my son when he’s not at preschool

I feel like I will enjoy motherhood more when he’s school aged and out of this “stage.” But of course, here we are for now. Any suggestions or encouragement that it gets better?

Marketing company says Dentist won’t get admin access to Google ads account

So we’ve been working with a marketing company that has been extremely slow with everything since my husband bought an existing dental practice.

Our Google ads have only been running for a month, but we were just told my husband (owner of practice) won’t have admin access or ownership of the Google ads account because they created it. Since we have already had many issues with this company, we don’t want for them to hold us hostage to where we can’t transfer the Google ads account when it does end up building data, etc.

Clearly we made a mistake, but if we were to get out of this contract, is the best option- to hire a freelancer to set up and do the Google ads (created under owner email address so he owns account) or hire another marketing company? Do all marketing companies try to hold the ads account hostage?

My husband (owner dentist) has been paying for the Google ads with a business card, owns the practice domain, yet doesn’t get admin access or ownership of the ads account. How is that possible?! Seems extremely shady.

Dental marketing company not completing tasks written in 12 month Contract

My husband bought an existing dental practice in Arizona, US. We hired a marketing company that we have a 12 month contract with. We paid them to create our website. We are paying them $1k monthly to “host” our website and do various marketing type of things called “SEO Optimization,” such as create and post weekly blog posts, optimize google business profile, etc. We have had ongoing communication issues where they have gone over a week without even responding. When looking over the contract, it shows they have not done several things listed in the contract that are supposed to be done (creating blog & posting weekly, Local business listings, plus about 5 other things listed for example). We are paying them $1k monthly for things that aren’t being done

I plan to email them Monday to discuss this, but if they can’t show written documentation of deliverables completed, how would I get out of this contract? I fear they will not have documentation, because many deliverables have clearly not been done. It’s greatly affecting getting new patients because of this. I now understand why it’s looked down upon hiring a marketing company with a long contract, because they don’t have a sense of urgency with getting things done, and money is wasted monthly because of this

The contract doesn’t state penalties for ending contract under the “Terms and Termination,” it just states that it’s a 12 month contract

Website creator/ host of website?

What is everyone doing for their website? We would rather hire someone to create and host our website rather than doing it ourselves. Suggestions?

We hired (what turned out to be) a terrible marketing company that is completely useless and unresponsive. There are several things listed in our contract that they haven’t done even though we’ve been paying monthly.

We are hoping to get out of this contract, or at least know where to go from there once the contract is over. They created our website and are “hosting” it so we’d have to start over with that. Husband recently bought an existing practice so this is new to us
