Does anyone know if any exclusions for car hire in Italy / Sicily I read Italy is excluded, but it may have been a US person mentioning it.
Also any advice re car hire / using Hertz would be greatly appreciated for Sicily specifically as all I read is about scams and trouble using car hire in Sicily so far.
