Hey everyone, I'm hugh

Just starting at Concordia in 2 weesk and I'm ready to put myself out there, but I have no clue how clubs/groups actually work here. Do I need to sign up first? Can I just walk into a meeting? Is it too late to join?

I want to meet new people and find my crowd, but I'm a bit lost on where to start. Any advice on what to join, or how to get involved without being awkward about it?

I'm open to anything – sports, arts, gaming, whatever. Just want to have a good time here.

I’m a 21-year-old guy and I’ve never been in a relationship. People tell me I’m attractive pretty often, and at work I get a lot of attention from girls. I’ve even had two girls ask me out before.

I think I have a decent personality, but I’m not the kind of guy who knows how to "land the day after." Almost every time I go out to a club, I end up with someone — kissing, hugging, stuff like that. It seems fine in the moment. But after that, things change. I'm not sure if it's only a drunk thing or if they lose interest, but nothing ever really goes further.

I feel like maybe I’m too friendly, or I’m missing some social cues. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong, or what I should be doing differently. Any advice?

I’ve been accepted to Concordia University for the Fall 2026 semester, but my admission is conditional on them receiving my official/final transcript.

The problem is that I’m currently unable to get the original transcript sent directly from the issuing institution because of the situation in Lebanon. I already have the original documents with me and I’ve also submitted a copy to Concordia, but their system hasn’t updated it yet.

Has anyone been in a similar situation with Concordia? Can they actually prevent me from registering/attending classes in September because they haven’t received the original transcript, or can they give me an extension/alternative way to satisfy the condition?

I’ve already contacted Concordia about the situation, but I’d really like to hear from anyone who has dealt with something similar.

My OSAP application was approved, but it says that Concordia still needs to confirm my enrollment. At the same time, I have a conditional admission because I’m still dealing with an outstanding official transcript requirement.

Does anyone know if the transcript condition can prevent Concordia from confirming my enrollment to OSAP, or are these two completely separate things?

I’m a bit confused and want outside opinions.

I went on a first date with a girl I work near. She was shy at first, but the date went well — we hugged, got comfortable quickly, and ended up kissing.

After that, we planned to meet again on Wednesday. I told her I’d confirm the day before, but when I did, she said she couldn’t because she already had plans with a friend. I didn’t push it.

We also talked about paintball and I invited her, but she again said she already had plans with her friend.

What confuses me is that she also shows interest in other moments. After the first date, she was the one who texted me first. She also told me she had somewhere to go after the date and even shared her live location with me without me asking.

Today I saw her during a break outside (she works near me). We talked for a bit, I jokingly lent her my sunglasses and she kept them for the day. When she returned them, I called her and jokingly said she could keep them. She said she’d come pick them up tomorrow.

Then I told her I was just joking and tried to shift it into “we should reschedule instead.” She replied: “Don’t worry lolll I didn’t even hear it😭😭*”* — but she didn’t actually acknowledge the reschedule part of the message.

Now I’m confused because in person she seems warm and engaged, but when it comes to planning another date, she’s always unavailable or doesn’t really follow up.

Am I overthinking this, or is this usually a sign of low interest / mixed signals?
