Finished him late last night. This sculpt was pretty fun and one of my first large models. It's a weird one for sure, but I'm pretty proud of it.
He's sliced up and ready for printing. I made the bottle to where you could print it in clear resin and be able to insert the recipe and cork inside afterwards.

Hi all, this is for Nomad Sculpt on Pc.
Edit: specifically regarding the "Line trim tool"
So even before the latest update when using the Trim tool, when trimming say a corner off of a cube. If the cube is in full view it trims perfectly. However when I'm zoomed in and use the trim tool, Anything thats outside of the viewport/off screen away from the trim, is cropped as well. Even if it's not in the path of the trim tool.
It's not due to symmetry. It seems to crop in the shape of the screen. The only way to get a clean cut is have it zoomed out, but making fine closeup cuts is very difficult.
Has any of yall experienced this issue?

Im sure most of us here have ran into Ai models from time to time. What looks like a decent model turns out to be Ai Junk.
So question is, even after you've downloaded it, do any of you try and fix the model for fun/ sculpting practice in Nomad or Blender? I can't seem to find where I downloaded this model from (maybe makersworld?), but I fixed it up some in Nomad sculpt. Just curious is all.
I fixed her Face, right hand, and earring, then smoothed out all the jagged surfaces. Mine's on the Left, someone's AI model on the Right.
Added some textures and fixed some proportions.
It printed out really well on my CC2, which I'll attach a video below. Just needs some paint.
Only issue is getting the proper tolerence for the joints. They work well for fdm, as for resin, they are too loose.

My first attempt to making an action figure.
I've been in an art slump lately and this came out of nowhere last night. I guess I did alright, but won't really know until I finish keying it and then print it.
Ive owned the Saturn 4 ultra 16k for under 2 weeks, having the worst time getting anything to stick to it. I'd get a few okay prints then nothing in the center.
I went to level the bed , just happened to notice it looked funny. So I put it on a flat surface with light behind it. Seems one out of 4 corners and the center of the build plate are bowed by a few millimeters and rocks in place.
So, As the kids say..How cooked am I? I have wrote Elegoo support, just waiting on a response. Do yall think they'll replace it or should I get to sanding?

Im almost finished with this model but I feel like it's missing something. I will be adding a rosery with two keys, and finishing his staff. I may make a better base aswell. Any tips or ideas would be appreciated.

Recently bought a new Airbrush. It's another cheapo one but it does much better job than my current one. The new air brush has a more standard straight piped barrel, so if anyone would like to try it out I'll be posting it soon for free dow load.
I went for a simple scifi design. It has a more low profile than the last one and I think I dialed in the tolerance finally. The fdm test print fits perfectly.
My air brush measures 11.7mm in diameter, so if your brush is 12mm you should be able to scale it up by 1 to 2% before printing.
Anyways, I hope yall like this one.
Took a break from my Heirophant model today, to sculpt something a bit more simple. I designed it for FDM printing. It comes in several pieces to make printing easier. So I tried out something new, I hollowed out each piece to reduce the amount of filament used for printing. Test printing it now.
I may call it the Louisville Hammer. Repurposed bat sorta deal.

I spent most of the day on this. I'm stoked at how well it's coming along. Going hard on the Golden age robot design ish.
New figure. Playing with shapes. WAB-BOT is round, so I went with a Square character this time.
Wanted to make something cute for once. So I designed a little helper Bot and Attempted a fun turntable video. Im not great at editing btw. Lol
I gotta say, I think I really needed Razum's clay brush set. The texturing and feel when adding clay and refining the shapes is very pleasing. It feels pretty natural. I really hope to finish this one.

Decided to revamp my airbrush handle.
Staying in the scifi/ futuristic aestetic. I may update it so that it has some wiring or cables going to the "batteries" on top, not sure yet.
