Any debt collector to recommend?

Serious question, had a business associate not honor a business contract, and owes us $30K. Going through legal might be tedious and expensive, sadly.

I've talked to a debt collector before, who's gonna take $2K + 30% of the amount claimed, based on success. Ouch.

Anyone been through this route before? Did it work? Anything to look out for?

Anyone to recommend if it's good?

Anyone uses AI for business development and partnerships? Scrape, outreach, negotiate, close

Hey so as part of my work, I need to reach out to thousands of vendors, and find out if they are suitable and interested to be part of our network to offer their service to our leads.

Ideally the AI agent can even be charming and build a warm relationship with the potential partners. That's honestly the most exhausting part to do the intro over and over, explain same thing over and over.

I used to do this super manually, it's just not scalable, and I don't want to do it all over again. Hiring and training would take a while too. I think there needs to be a better way to automate this.

Anyone has done anything similar?

Automation experts or agencies out there?

Hey are you an automation expert or agency serving businesses in Singapore?

Would love to have a chat to collaborate.

Looking to partner up with automation experts (we have a ton of leads backed with funding from gov)

Hey, looking to partner up with the right experts and teams to fulfil projects for small businesses. So the usual stuffs like setting up an agent for them, automating manual procedures.

Show me what you’ve got! With projects and demos - and let me know what those would cost?

Most of our projects will be capped at around $3-8k usd budget, FYI.

Which sg sub is the most toxic?

I’ve been recommended a few (by Reddit algorithm) and it’s quite disappointing to see the quality of posts and comments.

For me, singaporeraw (or something) has always been most toxic but I’ve totally zoned out. And singaporejobs has been the latest sad sub - it’s like not pure toxin like the raw sub, but a group of people who seem like they are trying, but they’re just keep missing the point 🫠

Those who FIREd in their 30s, how much did you do it with

Have my own calculations ($2m inc property) but wanted to see what other Singaporeans work with and I’m being reasonable or too cautious…

I think hardest part is predicting expenditure so the posts where people did their breakdown is super helpful. If there are more people in 30s and maybe early 40s willing to share their number and breakdown and maybe their family/life status, that’d be great!

Thank you in advance.

**new account as my main account is for my hobby and quite identifiable!

Edit/update: Was asked to provide my own numbers (which I did in the comments but let me put here for easier viewing)

Intended FIRE number: $2m (85% there)
* $500k going to a HDB
* $1.5m invested somehow to generate income
(That generates $4.4K a month, assuming 3.5% SWR)

Seems like going up and having a bit more buffer would be good

I’m 37M. I hope/plan to get married and have kid/s, so depending on spouse, I may have to bump the number up by a bit…

Edit2: My biggest “aha!” takeaway from the sharing so far is that if I were to find an equal partner (at least) then a lot of the heavy lifting is done here, lol.
Not sure why I never thought of this… 🫣
