By the late 1980s, crack had already sunk its teeth deep into Bohan. Entire blocks changed overnight as abandoned buildings, hallways, rooftops, and corner stores became territory. Throughout the 90s, different crews fought to control the streets and the money flowing through them. Groups like the Spanish Lords began cornering parts of the market with supply pipelines tied directly to the Colombian Cartel moving product into Liberty City. As the violence escalated, undercover narcotics agents began disguising themselves as dealers, stick-up crews, and street hustlers to infiltrate the drug market from the inside.
