Fundamental Question: How many of you are thinking that 1980 gold fall is repeating. What if we all are buying and gold is not going to recover the levels which it is now in next 20 years?

If you look at the all time chart of gold, it was $679 in 1980s and it took till 2007 to touch back at $679 levels . A wait of 27 years!! Is the history repeating?

Anyone who have bought gold today, what’s the best price you have got?

Is it going to be a price increase from tomorrow? I think with peace deal in place, gold is going to have a short term rise. Anyone bought today?

My Persian is 3 months old: Today’s visit to doctor opened up a new finding. Cats back paws are not touching the ground straight and is tilted.

The veterinarian explained that this condition may be hereditary, or possibly linked to the mother’s diabetes. They recommended starting medication. Long‑term risks include arthritis and progressive loss of mobility in the legs. Treatment outcomes vary in some cases it can help, while in others the response may be limited. Is anyone gone through the same?

Kerala water authority charging me Rs 9000 for two month bill which used to be Rs 200

I just received my 2‑month water bill from Kerala Water Authority, and the amount is shockingly high. The reason they gave is that there was a leakage in the pipe leading from the meter to my home.

Here’s the issue:

I was not at home for those two months. The leakage wasn’t there when I left; it seems to have developed later. I had no way of knowing or controlling it while I was away.

Now I’m being asked to pay for water that was wasted due to a leakage I didn’t even know existed.

Is there a way to escalate the complaint? Is there a consumer forum option for this?

Any guidance or shared experiences would be really helpful. Thanks in advance!

AJIO mass order cancellation. Anyone else facing this?

Looks like all my orders from last night were cancelled by AJIO. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

I also had a few pending orders from the day before-wondering if those might get cancelled too. Could you check your AJIO account and confirm if this is happening for you as well?

I have recently started a small project (The digital version of your old school booking agent) where I help people book domestic flights at prices lower than what you will find online. Here’s how it works:

Step 1: You find your best deal. - Search flights yourself, including any credit card discounts you can access.

Step 2: We beat it- Share that price with us, and we’ll match it plus give you an extra 4-14% discount.

Step-3: If your deal isn’t the lowest - We’ll show you the actual best price available and still give you the extra discount.

Step 4: If our price (including discount) isn’t better than yours, you’re free to walk away.

Step 5: Once you find the price good to go, there will be 50% payment upfront (I know this is risky for many of you, but I think a small amount of trust can be done here) The remaining payment will be after the tickets are issued. If the balance isn’t paid within 2 hours, the booking is cancelled and your money is refunded excluding cancellation charges.

Payment options: UPI or bank transfer.

Who this helps:

First and foremost, a first time booking person who doesn’t have any knowledge but wants an urgent ticket to home or your favourite destination and also for:

  1. People without credit cards.
  2. People with cards that don’t have special airline offers.

Want to compare flight costs? Share your current deal in comments and I’ll show you if we can beat it.
