Is there a way to get partial benefits of Heroes 5.5?

Hello, what the caption says. :)

I was wondering if there is a way to have the benefits of H:M&M 5.5 mod like skill wheel, better specializations, and faster AI.

I like the mod but I play Heroes 5 very ocassionaly, I am quite good at 3 but nowhere at a pro level. But I like 5 almost as much as 3 mainly for the music, art style and character. But I feel like some balance stuff and changes in creature skills (minotaurs) are weird for me. Also I feel like it is slow and quite hard for a casual player.

Or is there a way to make the game quicker and easier with regular 5.5? I am just asking if there is such thing. Otherwise I am gonna play Vanilla for now and 5.5 later, I am tired of it now.

How to stretch Dr Martens sandals

Hello!

I need help with stretching these sandals. They are size 42 (EU) and I have size 43. Well, I have some boots/shoes 42 and some 43 or even 43 2/3 - BUT these sandals are too tight, I can't get my foot further than this because of the leather straps.

This is probably the most expensive and nicest gift anyone has ever gotten me. I got it for my birthday from my girlfriend, but unfortunetely they are just too tight. I know shoes stretch and match your foot with time, but these sandals - I need to stretch them from the get go.

I am planning to buy shoe tree/stretcher (don't know if that's the right name for the thing) and some spray or oil that softens the leather.

Is there a better way to do this? I am afraid to damage the leather/material. I hope it's even possible, worst case scenario I will have to sell them. 😅 But I would love to wear them...

Warband TLD - buggy sky and random glitches

Hello!

I recently installed TLD but there is an annoying problem. My sky is weird and buggy - it looks like a streched shield, axe and something else. Also, random black flashy glitches happen some time. I guess it is because of the version I have? I installed on my GOG version of the game - the most updated one, so 1.7.4. I couldn't find anywhere on moddb if I should revert to older version. For another mod (A Clash of Kings) I know I have to go back to 1.7.2.

Should I revert to older version for The Last Days of Third Age too or is there some other problem? Thanks in advance!

The next step on the path (DA series)

Hi!

I am currently writing my thesis and I have a hell of a nostalgia - thinking about Dragon Age: Origins and Heroes of Might and Magic 3. I think both of these are in top 5 games ever made.

To get to my point - what do you think DA series has in the future? Do you think, there will ever be DA 5 or remaster of Origins?

The lore changed and I really miss that mysterioes and DARK atmosphere of the first game. I wish there was a new hero (or hell, even Hero of Ferelden can make a comeback after finding the cure to the Teint) and we explore the WHOLE world. Beyond the seas, with new stuff to find. I don't want to hate on Veilguard, I am planning on playing it and I loved 2 and Inquisition - but you gotta admit, Bioware has fallen (thanks to EA) from their grace a bit. KotOR 1 + 2, Mass Effect 1-3 and DA series are really great, but the new games lack something... I don't know, magical.

Maybe it's just my vibe and nostalgia speaking but I am curious to know your thoughts.
