I apologize if this is asked/answered all the time, I promise I searched and didn't see anything.

Any recommendations on getting road tar off? My side skirts have collected a fair bit and it's quite tough to get off at the hand bay.

I also have some small spots of an unknown substance on the hood of my car. The wrap is yellow, the substance is making it shift a little green... any recommendations for that as well?
