I worked really hard for 15 years. I was a supermarket manager, waking up at 5 a.m. and working 6 days every week. I didn't miss a single day; I wasn't confined to my country. I worked even when everyone was at home during COVID. No vacation, never traveled. I quit my job 3 years ago, not because I didn't want to work, but because I was tired of being the last one to take my day off and always saying yes for others, and my brain was full of ideas I wanted to apply.
I am 40 now. With the money I earned, I bought a house that my father recommended. I rented it to a friend of his, but he hasn't paid me for 3 years. My advocate didn't take action, so I revoked him. Now I am too lazy to find another one. I am still single, living in my parents basement, with no money, no friends to count on, and no work. I read a lot of self help and watch podcast, they are no more effect on me, my mother was sick for week and I didn't call a doctor, I was to lazy and she die because of that, I wanted to really change after that but my brain is so riot, I don’t clean the house, I don't shower, i apply for job but no one want me anymore, every time I want to do something to change my situation even very small action, i freeze and go back to my laziness, nothing work, book, psy, dopamine detox, fasting i am still going back to my old automatism, I am avoiding confrontation at all cost with myself, with others, with my family. What I write here is only 1/3 of my laziness. Thanks for reading
I am happy for her, but before obsession came out, i was hoping to see her at comic convention, now. it's gonna be much harder. but still happy for her.
i just ask an audit on my website, it's was about food recipe, 0 % usage when started and at the end 81 % use, i'm on Claude max, locked out and worst no result.
Hey guys, I have an issue launching Claude with Hermes. Any solutions? Thanks in advance. I'm on Windows and have installed it. Connection with Claude Max account done but still have this error.
I was at the Vivatech exposition in Paris. All the tech companies from around the world were there, except Anthropic. Everything was about progress, acceptance, understanding, and exchanging ideas. Of course, there were a lot of big tech products, but there were also 15,000 startups, mostly focusing on how to work with AI for excellence, helping people live better lives. They had a section about how to give people access to study around the world, like in Africa. All around the world, AI is being created, or new technology about healthcare, heart stroke prevention, and AI learning to save someone's life in real-life situations, helping people better understand so as not to be scammed. A lot of startups focused on security say we don't have geographic restrictions; security needs to be everywhere, like when you travel somewhere or on vacation, you want to be secure.
So I build all my projects with Claude Cowork. I wanted to do the migration on Hermes today because all the global knowledge context wasn't enough, even using Cowork i created a claude.md to ask him to write everytime when a feature was done and how it was done but he keep forgetting small piece or feature of what was coded or how it was done, context rot, everytime i ask him to audit it, he audit the code and say to me you are right we already done that, it's like a was talking to someone who has parkinson disease, so i wanted to switch to hermes and I wanted to connect my Claude Extra plan — but it doesn't work on it anymore. Any idea?
Let's be clear about the reason they gave. Amazon ordered this show back in November, ran a full 20-week writers' room, started pre-production in the UK — and then killed it because execs decided it "wouldn't have broad appeal beyond the franchise's dedicated fanbase."
Read that again, because it's backwards. A new flagship show is how a franchise reaches people beyond its existing fans. That's the engine. Nobody discovers Stargate in 2027 by being talked into a 20-year-old box set — they discover it through a new series that's everywhere: reviewed, clipped, recommended, argued about online. By killing the show, Amazon didn't solve the "narrow appeal" problem. They guaranteed it. They destroyed the cure and blamed the disease.
And here's what makes it absurd: the thing they treated as a liability — a "dedicated fanbase" — is the asset most new shows would kill for. A fandom still this loud, this organized, and this global twenty years after the last series ended is a launchpad, not a dead end. These are built-in evangelists who will pull their friends, partners, and kids into a new show the moment one exists. That's not a reason to pass. It's the reason to greenlight.
Be ready for the spin: "We didn't doubt the franchise, we doubted this show would broaden it." That doesn't hold either. The producers have said plainly they were building for broad appeal, and the team — Gero, Devlin, the people who built this universe — has the track record to do it. The doubt wasn't a fact they discovered. It was a choice they made.
So here's what actually helps:
Make the fandom impossible to ignore — and make it look good. Loud, positive, welcoming, worldwide. One hashtag, kept consistent, tagging Amazon MGM and Prime Video, amplifying the producers already speaking out. Sign and share the petitions. The whole point is to put the latent audience on full display, so the "no appeal" line looks as wrong as it is.
And aim it at the only people who can act: Amazon owns Stargate outright through the MGM deal — nobody else can make this. So the ask goes to them. Reconsider, or let someone who will.
Two things sink us: turning on each other over whether to cancel Prime (that's a personal choice, not a loyalty test), and any harassment or toxicity — which is the one thing that genuinely makes a studio write a fandom off. We win by looking like the best audience in television, not the worst.
We came this close. Let's not argue ourselves into silence.
Amazon killed the new Stargate for "no broad appeal beyond the fanbase" — but a new show is the only thing that builds appeal beyond the fanbase, and our loud, global fandom is proof of the demand, not a reason to ignore it. Be loud, be positive, push Amazon/MGM to reconsider, and don't tear each other apart.

If you haven't heard: on June 2, Amazon pulled the plug on the new *Stargate* series from Martin Gero. Not "we're not greenlighting it" — they'd already ordered it back in November 2025, run a full 20-week writers' room, and started pre-production in the UK. Then they axed the whole thing.
The reported reason? Execs were worried the show "wouldn't have broad appeal beyond the franchise's dedicated fanbase." Translation: they decided a *Stargate* show built for *Stargate* fans was a problem. Producer Joe Mallozzi has publicly pushed back, saying they were always building something with broad appeal.
This is the MGM-acquisition playbook on repeat. Amazon buys the IP, sits on it, burns years of talented people's work, and walks away the second it doesn't fit some vague "programming strategy."
We're the reason this franchise survived 30 years. SG-1 ran ten seasons. Atlantis ran five. The fandom waited years for this. And they threw it out.
So here's the one lever we actually control: the subscriber count :
If you're angry, cancel Prime. Settings → Prime Membership → End Membership. Leave a reason: "Cancelled the Stargate series." Make them read it.
One person quitting is noise. Thousands quitting in the same week is a data point that lands in a meeting.

It's crazy how many people post about Nicki being the victim, and bear, not so much. And yes inde playing it so well.
I'm looking for a book I read at school 20 years ago maybe (not recent). It's about a Jewish boy fleeing during WWII who finds refuge at a woman's house. At some point, she puts on a Nazi/military uniform and leaves, revealing she was a Nazi. and say something like we are not like that or something. Does anyone know what book this is ?
"The book was commonly read in French schools, and I remember it being set during the war.
