Need some encouragement.

Got PFS In June. Will be 3 months but I’m starting to lose it.

There are some positive changes like my energy levels got way better and my semen is not watery anymore but there is no change in my libido at all also no sensitivity in the penis.

On top of this I just feel so disconnected from everything. Have no feelings or I don’t know honestly.

Not even sure what to try as some say that boosting DHT could work then there is a different theory that it can make it worse.

So far tried Dioscorea Nipponica, Shilajit, Tongkat Ali and currently trying Calcium D-Glucarate but I think it tanks my remaining dopamine so will probably drop it.

Ordered some Pregnenolone too but I’m not sure if I should try it.

Metabolite theory

Back in November last year I experienced ball pain so I stopped finasteride which is resulted in genital numbness.

Stupidly went back on it and was fine until this year June.

So If my body already recovered from it once the first time was a short exposure is it more likely to recover the second time too?

Can someone explain me this?

How is it possible that some people recover naturally after stopping the drugs whilst other need interventions or doesn’t recover at all?

When should I start trying out hormonal stuff like HCG or TRT?

Was bed ridden for a month but energy levels been returning to normal now. I’m able to go for a run and get through the day.

Improvements in load size and semen quality too.

Main symptoms are sexual - no libido, my erections are like 60-70% rarely 90%, the skin feels different also.

I feel disconnected from everything it is a dopamine issue for sure - cold showers doesn’t affect me, orgasm doesn’t feel good.

Should I try supplement before going for the hormonal stuff or wait? Been thinking about CDG and Pregnenolone.

Currently taking Dioscorea Nipponica and also tried Tongkat Ali, Shilajit and NAC and copper ( I’m deficient )

I’m close to the 3 month mark.

Trazodone?

I know that taking SSRI’s is stupid but did anyone try it? Soon will be 3 months for me since this started and my side effects left are mainly sexual and dopamine related.

Low libido, low sens and slight ed but that changes depending on wheter I’m with a girl or alone.
Can’t feel caffeine and cold showers either.

Should I try anything yet or wait?
Been taking Dioscorea Nipponica from ND.

Anyone had Anterior Spinal Cord Adhesion Syndrome without hernia?

MRI Thoracic Spine Findings:
Normal spinal cord signal intensity. Complete obliteration of the anterior cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) space from T3 to T9, with the spinal cord closely apposed to the anterior vertebral bodies. The findings are suggestive of a post–lumbar puncture state versus thoracic anterior spinal cord adhesion syndrome. No evidence of spinal cord herniation, disc herniation, or nerve root compression.
Associated symptoms:
Persistent urinary urgency (constant sensation of needing to urinate)
Urinary incontinence
Reduced/loss of genital sensation
I have a history of lumbar puncture.

Elevated DHEA-S

Everything else is in range. DHEA-S is 15.20 ( 0.70-12.49 is the norm )

Can this explain health issues like extreme fatigue, brain fog, low libido - no drive

Zinc and D3 for the past 2,5-3 years.

Can 30-45mg Zinc daily from supplements ( without food ) and 5000ui D3 cause issues?

Been taking this for the past 2.5-3 years without thinking much about it.

Only zinc without copper. Also D3 without k2.

Overall having a really good diet alongside this.

Been wondering if these could cause headaches, dizzines and tiredness and lowered libido.
