i have health anxiety,every symptom i have i check on google and i get even more anxious and i get panic attacks,i dont even know what to do anymore.

i had them long but now i have to stop using the lash serum,i tried the ordinary lash serum 3 months nothing happened.
So now i use ,batana and castor oil on evening/morning and rosemary oil at night.

Hi,im 20(F)and i deal with anxiety.
it all started when i had a exam and then i feel a lump in throat also i was afraid to even drink water i made my mother sleep with me in the same bed just in case i'm dying,i got randomly trembling hands and my heart was racing,both hands and one leg numb.
i had to go to er they prescriped me some medicine but like medicinal plants because im young.
one week of pure agony as i searched ,heart symptoms even lungs ,i was afraid of swallowing my saliva.
Should i get stronger medicines or i can heal this by myself?
