Why did Peter wear his webshooters in Venice during the attack of the Water Elemental?

That is a question that just crossed my mind. In Far From Home, Peter originally wanted to tale a break from his hero work, while on his class trip, since he wanted to get closer with MJ. He originally even wanted to keep his suit at home in New York, only for May to pack it for him anyways. However, while he still got the suit in his luggage, it was more than clear that he didn't plan on wearing it or becoming active as Spider-Man in Europe... So why did he have his webshooters with him during the "attack of the Water Elemental"? If he wanted to spend the class trip getting closer to MJ and just being Peter Parker, then he had no real reason to wear his webshooters. Up until Nick Fury hijacked the class trip, he wouldn't even had suspected that he would need them.

The promised fun has sadly left this game ages ago

Bitlife once used to be fun, I have to admit that... However nowadays, one can tell that the main priority for the game is no longer a fun experience for the players, but money... And to be fair, money became a bigger priority a few years ago, but back then, it wasn't that bad... But nowadays it's very bad. The money you have to spend to unlock everything, for you to enjoy the game to its fullest, almost equals the price of up 3-4 Triple A games, at the current prices.

I mean, I fully understand that bills need to be payed, and that the devs also need to make a living so putting some stuff behind a paywall is fine, if the price is reasonable, especially for the content that you're getting... And back when the Job Pack was the only bundle avaible, I would say that the price-performance ratio was pretty good... But those times are long gone and the current price-performance ratio is absolutely horrible. And don't get me started on those special items that are overpriced, while only granting you a singular, rather insignificant benefit. Like I said, it's ok to put some stuff behind paywalls, in order to pay bills and make a living, but Bitlife has been overdoing it way too much.

Back then, the game had all rights to be called a "super fun life simulator", but today, you can't call it super fun anymore... It's basically a super paywall simulator now...

A bit late, but finally paying my respects to Sam Neill too

Wanted to rewatch Jurassic Park after I learned of Sam Neill‘s death, but work kept me from it. Now I can finally pay my respects to our beloved Dinosaur Man. Rest in Peace Sam Neill. Thanks for being a part of my childhood.

Hot Take: Local Football Club "Pixelart" sucks

I don't have anything againts painting the colors, flags or symbols of your local football club on the map. What I hate however, is the monotony of it and that in many cases the people behind those "pixelarts" tend to grief/overpaint other people's pixelart, no matter how little it would disturb the city covering club colors.

If one thought we Germans are overdoing it with our flags, then you haven't seen how bad fans of local football clubs are... At least we Germans allow small pixelart to keep existing and don't destroy it (at least not always). But if I got a penny for everytime, I had to defend or repair my pixelarts from the local football club fans that keep painting over it, I could easily pay 2 months of rent by now. It's utterly annoying and it just sucks that creative and small pixelart get destroyed, for the 100th row of the club colors covering more of the map..... How hard is it to leave small pixelart untouched... My 16x19 Miku won't hurt that massive wall of club colors! So just leave it be, for Christ's sake!

Are the mods still active and reviewing reports in wPlace?

I recently came back to wPlace to pixel some art again and to look at some stuff, only to discover that some of my pixelarts has been griefed/was in the process of being drawn over. So naturally, I reported the user for griefing, but now I'm wondering, if the Devs and Mods still look into those reports and do something against griefing.

I also simultaneously began fixing on of the pixelarts that have been partially drawn over, since I do care for that a lot, since it took me literal weeks to pixel it (back then, I had around 150 charges, nowadays I have 380, so it did take quite long to pixel it back then). I know there was a time where mods falsely banned people for fixing their pixelart, after it got griefed, but I really hope that those false bans for fixing your own art are no longer a thing.

If I uninstall Fallout 4 (Steam Version), will my mods also be uninstalled?

I'm currently planning on freeing up some space on my PC, and since I haven't played Fallout 4 for a good while, I was thinking about uninstalling it for now. However, I came to wonder what would happen to the mods, if I uninstall the game. I installed a couple of mods via the in-game mod manager from Bethesda and I don't want my save game to be broken if I return to the game and the mods are missing, nor do I want to go through the trouble of reinstalling all mods again, if the mods also get uninstalled.

I already tried finding answers, but I only found conflicting answers or answers that aren't for my platform (PC and Steam), but much rather for consoles.

Horrendous Matchmaking

So, I recently I having a hard time… a very hard time to get any decent matches. Every match I joined, since the new season started was an absolute nightmare. Of the 30 games I have since the new season started, I only managed to win 3… Out of 30! And yes, some matches might have been lost due to my own skill (or lack of), I‘m not going to deny that. But it can’t be that I‘m such an insane loosing streak. I literally had 4 games in a row, where 50% of my team didn’t do sh*t. 0 eliminations and stupidious amount of deaths. Meanwhile, the enemy Team always has always around 4 lord players and/or high rank players. Add to that 2 out of the 3 games my team won, were against bots.

I know there always is a bad luck steak, but it can’t be bad luck. I‘m pretty sure that it’s the matchmaking that just got more horrendous. Please tell me I‘m not the only one, who thinks and feels that way. It can’t be just me who thinks the matchmaking is horrible nowadays.

About the Space Age

Prior to me starting to play Spore, I heard mixed opinions on the space age. Back then I kinda thought to myself, that the space stage can't be that bad... And honestly, since I started playing it, I really got to enjoy the space stage. It's definitely not the best stage in the entire game, but it's fun and I enjoy it... However, that doesn't mean that there aren't a few things that piss me off, which also makes me understand why the space age has mixed opinions.

What pissed me off, personally is the amount of emergencies that sometimes pop up. They aren't so bad or annoying at the beginning at the space stage, but they get progressively more annoying as time passes on. I mean, it's not like I don't want to help my allies or own planets against raids, ecological disasters etc, but it's always a pain in the ass when that happens, while I'm literally on a different arm of the galaxy and ages away from the wormhole back to my home system. Also, my allies, just like me, are lifeforms capable of space travel, with their own space ships and such, but they can't deal with their own ecological disasters???? Like, bro! You guys got ships with weapons too! Kill the infected animals yourself! Same applies for my own planets. I'm literally becoming an empire that rivals the size of the Star Wars Empire (which is ironic, because I also fly around in an ISD), but my planets can't deal with anything themselves! I'm literally controlling half of the galaxy, but I'm the only freaking person who can repell raids or stop disasters! Shouldn't each planet also posesses a ship of their own at least?!

All of that really makes me feel, like I'm the personal babysitter of my own empire (which is kinda fair, but still annoying) as well as the empires of my allies! I need to always go back to them, as soon as even a single worm coughs, basically forcing me on the age long way of back to my home system, even though I just wanted to look for Earth (with me being on the opposite side of the galaxy)!
