Leigh Jig User question

Hi, I’m looking to use my new to me jig to make a bookcase. I’m wondering as the sides will be 1.8m tall and two large for the jig.

Could I use it in Half Blind mode so it’s through the top clamp and route all the way through for full dovetails?

Narrowing a shed

I have a 180cm shed I need to Narrow by 30cm. My first thought was 15cm off each side, but the door is only 15CM from the edge. How would you proceed?

•Remove 30cm from the window side and have the roof overhang that side.

•The same but change the roof for pent.

•Reverse the door opening and take 15CM off each side. Pretty sure this is a non-runner as it removes most of the support from the corner.

•A Secret fourth thing?

Any advice welcome.

Concave Mitres

Trying to make an L shaped bench from 200X100mm sleepers.

Hand sawn with a guide but they have a 1-2mm concave gap all the way through. I’m trying not to use metal fixings. Would dowels be good enough and if so how many?

Insulating a shed

I have a workshop made from Duraboard. I want to insulate ahead of the winter. Due to its use I’m wondering if I can just use plywood and rock wool rather than plasterboard.
