After mailbox . org is rising the prices I need some recommendations, please:

I don't need any of the clicki bunti Schicki Micki stuff like office suite etc.

Instead I would like to pay for better! Duh!

On an Android phone.

* Need a setting to see the header data in general - without clicking every single email to see the used recipient- personalised email address!

* General setting for pure text instead of html!

* No fixed 50 aliases!

* New email alias on the fly while writing the email!

* email archive German GoBD law for business!

* Login page with a color scheme that is OS-sensitive and lets me login without guessing!

* Login page with Language option on top instead down on the bottom!

So, any recommendations, who could be my next email provider? TIA!

Disclaimer: I don’t know all that much about web development and web apps.

I’ve noticed while looking at your “degooling” that “App” is almost always replaced with “app.”

And the Fossify Suite looks interesting to me.

But come on! Apps have been developed en masse to lock users into that one user interface - and thus that one app - to keep them away from the browser and therefore the competition of other websites!

So why is Fossify playing that same game instead of relying on browsers?

Security reasons?

At least the habitat value should be higher for the dandelion and maple seeds!

I pay 45 for 2 crates daily plus 2 x 6 to look immediately, if this is a bad day again!

You almost can't see the dandelion in most of the habitats. And 16 daily dandelion seeds in one habitat is even not enough to make at least the froggies happy! For 912 stamps!

Please nimblebit's, if If you're not going to make me happy for ages, please at least make the frogs happy! 🙏

1. How long does the promotion last?

2. I can’t find any settings to disable HTML and/or markup in the email view.

Is “Plain text” available in the plus package?

3. How can I turn off those annoying pop-ups in the middle of my email?

"This message is from a mailing list..."

and "automatic loading..."?

It’s MY email, not a Proton ad; is this available in plus?

4. How does the system handle my own domain (my main reason to switch from another provider):

Can I create recipient-personalized aliases on the fly while writing a new email on my smartphone when needed, or do I have to switch to my laptop and Thunderbird every time?

I'm not interested in all the other trillions of other proton products, only good old mail without the uber convenience factor.

Videos have been playing automatically since the last update

Where can I turn off the "feature" that makes videos start playing automatically in the News Feed, please?

It's driving me crazy, and I can't find it in the settings.

In another thread, someone just mentioned that you shouldn’t use your real every day biz email address in your Google Account because Google can then compile a massive profile based on all your communications and so on.

So far, I’ve been using addresses from third-party email providers for the Google account.

But in these increasingly uncertain times, I’d like to move away from being at the mercy of even a privacy concerned email provider with my smartphone - which, theoretically, could also block my email account.

And in Germany Phone numbers are mandatory identified anyways, so it makes no difference to have the info from whois.

Generally, for my regular communication, I use a recipient-personalized system with my own domain:

Billionaire -Amazon at me dot com

Nose-Google at me dot com

Etc

What about my domain me dot com?

Does almighty Google also know that all of this comes from my own domain?

And if so, would they also know if I used a different domain of my own, like “nosy dot com,” just for my Google account?

ich habe einen DHL-Account (über Browser, keine app-Nutzung) in dem Packstation explizit ausgeschlossen ist.

Es ist eine automatische Weiterleitung an einen bestimmten (auch spät geöffneten) Paketshop hinterlegt, die für andere Pakete (auch Ausland Schweden etc.) problemlos funktioniert.

Benachrichtigungen für zu große Briefe und teilweise diese EMS-Lieferungen erfolgen in der Regel für einen anderen näheren Paketshop, was auch OK für mich ist.

Anlässlich anderer vorheriger Querelen wurde mir von der Post gesagt, dass der Briefträger bei Unstimmigkeiten vor Ort in dieses DHL-Profil reingucken kann/soll.

Manchmal erhalte ich Lieferungen aus dem Baltikum je 1-3 kilo. Diese werden mit Omniva als EMS (Express Mail Service) versandt und haben eine Sendungsnummer, deren Verlauf auch funktionierend im DHL-Account angezeigt wird.

Diese Pakete wurden mehrfach (unklar ob immer, oder auch Briefträger) mit DHL Wagen (also nicht vom Briefträger) zugestellt aber nicht an die automatische Weiterleitungsadresse geliefert.

​

Und schlimmer: Im Gerät des DHL-Auslieferers war letztes mal die explizite "KEINE Packstation" nicht gesetzt! Hat er mir gezeigt.

Warum? Und wo sollte ich was ändern, das nächste EMS Paket kommt ab morgen. HÜLFE!

Therefore I'm desperately looking for a step by step tutorial that focuses on privacy to keep Google out as much as possible without having to use root or Shizuku/Canta.

With every setting and an explanation of

what Google REALLY uses it for!

And what REALLY will actually be disabled or broken if I turn it off!

Any idea, where I can find that, please?🙏
