Conjurer 100% Enhancer 60% (or should these be switched?)

The user conjures a set of antlers on top of their head that sheads sand-like material that has healing properties. The dust also accelerates the growth rate of plants. The dust heals passively what it comes into contact with, works best when target is submerged in the dust. Dust generated disintegrates after 5 minutes of being created, the user can keep a steady flow of dust being shead to maintain a constant amount.

The strength of the healing dust is determined by the current phase of the moon. Crescent would only yield about 25% its max effectiveness, Half moon = 50%, and a full moon = 100% its max strength; along with the rest of the phases. The use can use this Hatsu during the day, but user's powers grow stronger under direct moonlight.

Healing Shroom- once a night, under the direct moonlight, the user can conjure a single seed that when planted, will grow into a mushroom that when eaten, will give the full affects of the stored healing level instantaneously. Healing Shroom seed takes 1 hour to sprout. The effectiveness of the mushroom is determined by the phase of moon it was grown under.

Is it possible Gyro is the creator of Contagion? Morena said that when someone reaches enough levels, you can start your own group where you can set the conditions and such. Her conditions were killing a nen user gets you 1 point and killing a prince was worth 10. That's her conditions, along with playing her card game to indoctrinate a person into her group.

Could it be possible that she's not the creator of Contagion but instead reached a high enough level to start her own chain of infected? So it would go something like this. Gyro creates the Contagion, with his ant nen mastery and his will, I doubt it would be difficult for him to do, he infects others and one person would be Morena, hed have his own conditions that's shed need to meet and shed eventually be able to make her own stran of infected, then shed end up to where she is now on the BW.

Gyro wasn't to destroy humanity and ome of the best ways to do so is to let them destroy themselves.

So someone can do a lot with Ruin arrays so long as they have the right formula done properly right? Even if they wouldn't normally have access to a form of magic, like healing, attack, curse, etc, so long as you write it correctly, could you accomplish these affects?

What would have happened to the territories of the original 4 Devil Kings in the present day? Would they have been taken over by the current day clans or would the current devils have left alone and vacant?

Got an OC who's the descendant of Asmodeus and im trying to see if he'd inherit anything.

Since the Port is located in Perim, just high above the sky, how do you think the tribes would react if they found out about it? What with the development of flying vehicles and full on Teleportation devices, if the Port was found out, would it be targeted for take over? Would some just not care?

Plan on doing an SI villain who will have a quirk to temporarily take quirks. He drops into canon around the time of the first episode in some random spot. I just need to iron out his quirk.

Plunder- he touches someone, then his consciousness goes into their body. His own body goes limp, if he had any quirks active, they are instantly turned off, including mutant quirks. The consciousness take over only lasts for 10 seconds, but when the user goes back to his own body, he takes their quirk with him for the next ( 1 Hour? 24 Hours? Idk) i think I'll have it to where he can stack quirks, but the more quirks he has, the shorter the time he has to keep them.

You think if it came down to it, the Astrea familia would be capable of killing kids? Like, say a room full of people with the bombs on them like the one that killed Adree. No time to capture or restrain anyone, but there are kids with bombs on them. Pretty sure Kaguya would given her past. The Astrea familia knows these people are part of Evilous, but some are kids. Ya think some would be incapable of killing them and the ones that are capable of killing them would cause strife in the familia? Or would they acknowledge that they had to die and there was no choice and no internal problems arise from this?

Working on an OC who's not the avatar, but just a plain Energy bender with no added elements. Wanted some input on his abilities as an energy bender. Im also not entirely sure what should be the "base" ability.

Energy bending-

- strengthen his body

- heal

- purify/ corrupt spirits- im thinking hed have an edge over spirits in general?

- sense other's

- astral project?

- strengthen other's bending

- weaken/temporarily block other's bending

- bending disruption?- im thinking hed be able to send out his own chi/ energy to mess with the concentration of the elemental others are bending. For example, if Toph was levitating a rock, hed send out his chi/energy and it would disrupt her own connection with that rock, causing it to wobble in the air if not fall completely.
