I broke a tooth
I clench so hard at night I broke a molar. It’s not the first one unfortunately. I have some pretty good stress lines in my other teeth.
I have sleep apnea and wear a mask- when I wear a mask and a mouthguard it makes me gag and absolutely can’t wear the mouth guard.
Is there any other solutions for me?
