Curious if you are also noticing appetite changes?

I’ve always been heavier but not exorbitantly. At 65, I’m noticing a decrease in my appetite. One egg with 1 slice of whole wheat toast is plenty. My belly is full then but I’ll need something in 4 hours because I will know my blood sugar has dropped. I have been tested and no not have diabetes.

Is this why women I know in their mid to late 70s are always seeking protein?

Need help with an ad for finding a long term roommate please.

I’m seeking a woman roommate. There are 2 bedrooms, full bath and a living room plus workout area, furnished, in our finished basement, that aren’t being used. Shared kitchen upstairs.

I’m 60 and take edibles, don’t smoke, & like music from 60s to today. I’m a reader and a crafter who loves movies and tv, current events and history.

We have cable with all the subscriptions. Heat pump with air conditioning. Beautiful yard. Close to ocean and beaches. Summer Tourist area.

My husband is 56 and works away months at a time. Grown children live overseas. We have no grandchildren.

What would attract you or a younger you to this ad or this home please? What would you tweak it suggest different or better wording?

I dream of find a renter who isn’t completely emeshed in to my life from the get go but enjoys this home as her very own.

Hot tub interest?
Rent would include all heat, cable, water, etc.

Thanks for your help.

How many content women in their late 70s do you know?

I know a ton of men who are intolerable in their late 70s but what about the women? How many are able to carve out a life with peace and comfort?

Could you tell me about those women you know who are killing it? Are they still putting up with a guy or thriving living alone or golden girls style? I know a few who live with a man but do not engage or communicate.

I need some hope.

Port of call question

Curious if cruises will supply info about the towns where we stop or do those towns provide an info booth or…?

Or do you just wander around?

Senior Women Only Lazy River Float excursion?

Near enough or with a bus to the location from an airport, long weekend, edibles and alcohol permitted, hot tub available. Where can I find this? Can be fancy or more off grid vibe. Doesn’t have to be all seniors if this 65 year old broad can attend. I’m in Halifax but willing to fly!

Now tell me your best biscuit hack.

I’ve got a can of pull apart Pillsbury biscuits but no muffin tin.
I’d prefer to hack it into a sweetish breakfast something for Sunday morning.

Your best idea off the top of your head?
Without raisins.

Thanks. I still haven’t tried the tuna salad suggestions but I will and report back I promise. Hope your day is as beautiful as you are!

Tell me your guess please

One new favorite feed of mine is tuna salad. Is it edible if I use some very recently frozen finely chopped carrot/celery/onion instead of fresh? I’ll try it if no one says don’t but I didn’t want to waste the can if you say no go. Thanks and here’s hoping your day smiles on you & your lovely smile.
