With relieving the folio society The Princess Bride , I notice that earlier editions have a different colour slipcase than the version that I have .... do The Folio Society often change elements of books the more printings that they do ? Is this common??
Forfilled a dream and to own my first folio society book ...the quality is great and I didnt expect the pages that contain illustrations to be coated in special coating , which reslly makes the illustrations stand out , which of course is the goal

However, this has been brought to my attention from a post i made on Facebook, this is one of several issues with lonsome dove ...now i know that for some reason issues with broken binding books gets down voted alot, but my only intention is to.make those aware , if you have boughg for yourself and not unwrapped it yet, or if your buying this book as a gift for someone , or you just havent got round to go through this beautiful book yet.... now is the time to think about checking it , as issues such as this never seem to be an isolated case .. so.be sure to.check.your copies that you have .

Has any body else had issues with the lovazi season q8 chenille scarf? Mine came ober the weekend and there was loads of pull threads ....I own the 13ft and 18ft scarves and they are both fine ....I phoned lovarzi up and the guy there told me he put a message out that they should never make this scarf again ( befoe tje latest re release ) because chenille is difficult to wotk with .
Demon Star was printed on 70gsm Salzer EOS Natural White 1.3 FSC. So as the five warrior angels paperstock feels the same as the demon star one might be able to inferr that its the same .
If anyone was interested with regards paperstock that was used by the printers for Hyperion cantos :
Paper is the Ensocreamy FSC Mix, 65 GSM and is uncoated

This is a great edition much better than the paperback .
Just had an email from the brken binding customer service who say that the five warrior angels is glued binding ....which doesn't seem right because of the way they open flat and you can see the individual signatures .... these feel like tur demon star which is sewn binding...so what do any of you think ??

I have been VERY impressed by the broken bindings choice of printer for the five warrior angels series ansld the demon star, the books feel.of great premium quality .
I do not know who originally printed thr five warrior angels in hardback but these feel just great I was surprisedhow thin these books were compared to the paper backs .

For those still awaiting the five warrior angels set and theirs hasn't arrived the writer Brian lee Durfee hasn't had his set either
Just picked this fantastic looking book from my local waterstones, another book printed in L.E.G.O in Italy that seems to be very heavy like the Five warrior angels , also this feels like sewn binding and (to me anyway ), feels of good quality, but as you can see the ink coming through from the previous page, i guess some people might dispute the paperstock quality , as has been debated here a few times .
The forgetting moon signed page , quite annoying it has a black in smudge at the topnof the page made more noticeable because it is brilliant whit paper .
