Can I get samsung care plus even if I bought the phone through a t and t?

I recently bought the z fold seven because I got a good deal on it with a t and t and I didn't know if the z fold eight would have a price increase. But I got the insurance through a t and t. Does anybody know if it's possible to cancel the insurance?I have with a t and t and get samsung care plus even though I did not buy the phone directly through samsung? I have owned this phone for sixteen days.

Condensation under glass brand new

I recently bought a z fold 7 in the blue color. It has condensation under the glass of the lenses. So I went back to att to have it swapped. I had to go to a coorprate location to make them replace it. So I got the replacement and yet again the new device has the exact same issue. Not they are saying this is a Samsung issue and I need to contact Samsung. But Samsung is saying the exact opposite. Maybe I have to go to another coorprate locatin and get them to make a DOA note again. Please help. The first photo is the first device. The second photo is the second device. Has anyone else experienced this.
