I’m a General Male candidate with the following profile:
10th: 69%
12th: 79.4%
Graduation (B.Com Hons): 7.35 CGPA
Work Experience:
Total work experience till now is 2 years in Compliance operations Anti money laundering basically Fincrime
I recently spoke to an IIM alumnus who told me that with my academic profile, getting into top IIMs or ISB would be very difficult and that I would likely need 99+ percentile for newer IIMs as well.
So do i hold any chance for ISB???
How much GMAT SCORE do i need to target?
How much does my 2 years of work experience help offset my academics?
Are placements significantly affected by a 6/7/7 profile even after getting into a good MBA college?
Would appreciate honest feedback from current students, alumni.

So I’m applying for jobs everyday from LinkedIn, Naukri and Company career’s page but no response at all and i alter my resume according to the JD still no response at all so idk what I’m doing wrong. So please guide me tell me ways how to atleast get an interview call . In LinkedIn no one replies let it be a person with just 100 connections or a person with more than 10k connections like literally no one replies and i have sent some cold emails as well but no luck so idk what should i do because I want to switch as in my current job im getting nothing to learn and grow.
