After my previous post gained a lot of attention and other people started sharing their experiences, she reached out to me directly and said that she would refund me. She asked me to take down my previous post and told me that after 6–7 days, she would initiate the return request and issue my refund.

It has now been more than 10 days, and I have not received any further response from her.

What is confusing is that she has been active on Instagram during this time, posting about her clothes and current sales. So while I am still waiting for the refund she specifically promised me, she has continued to be active and sell through her page.

I have screenshots of our conversation where she contacted me, asked me to take down the post, and promised the refund. I also have screenshots showing her Instagram activity during this period.

Someone had already joked that this would happen, and unfortunately it seems like that prediction may have been right.

I am posting this as an update because I genuinely thought the matter had finally been resolved when she contacted me herself. I'm so sick of her.

I saw the accountability post that was made recently, and I appreciate that she has acknowledged that some customers have had bad experiences and that refunds are being given. I still wanted to share my experience because I am one of those customers, and my issue has not been resolved.

I ordered a custom outfit on May 4 for a shoot I had planned, and after more than a month of back and forth, I received something I couldn't wear for the shoot at all.

I’m not going to go into everything. I’ll just mention three things.

First, I repeatedly mentioned throughout our conversations over a month that I wanted a short kurti, not a top. When I pointed it out, she did not seem to care about it at all.

Second, even putting aside the fact that I did not receive what I had actually asked for, the top I received itself was not worth wearing. The pictures she uses to advertise her work are heavily edited and, AI-generated to make the clothes look much cleaner and more polished. Her actual work is extremely amateurish.

And third**,** what are those straps? They look so bad.😭😭DIABOLICAL. The work is not neat.

In the screenshots, she sents me a sample picture of what the length would look like, and that picture is attached here. But what i received was much shorter

She then asked me for the length, and I told her the longer side should be around 19 inches. The pictures I've attached of the actual product show that the top I received measures only 13 to 14 inches.

At that point, I genuinely don't understand how this could be dismissed as a simple misunderstanding. I repeatedly asked for a short kurti. Please take your top back. I want to be refunded.
