Supplements and recovery

Hi, everyone. I’m a 25-year-old guy. I work out every day, alternating between running and calisthenics.

As for running, I do three sessions a week: one slow session lasting an hour to an hour and a quarter, one where I do 10 minutes of light running followed by three 12-minute intervals with 90-second rest periods, and one 50-minute session at moderate intensity since I’m trying to improve my speed and, above all, my endurance. As for calisthenics, I alternate between legs, abs, arms, chest, and shoulders (like the routine in the video, which I got from an app). I consume an average of 2,300 kcal per day, and given my maintenance goal (61 kg), I haven’t seen any change in my weight. Lately, though, I’ve noticed that my recovery times are starting to suffer a bit (partly because I tend to stay pretty active outside of training). So I was thinking of adding a supplement that could improve recovery. Do you have any advice?

Integratori running e calisthenics

Salve a tutti. Sono un ragazzo di 25 anni. Mi alleno ogni giorno alternando running e calisthenics.

Avete qualche consiglio?

Observing inner world practice

Sometimes i rest and i observe the thoughts, emotions and feelings passing through my mind without judging them. I do not focus on breath like in conventional meditative practices but i find it a relaxing and insightful activity. Is there a term for it?

Any tips on how to straighten moustache hairs? I currently use argan oil and a hair conditioner on wet moustaches and then i use a blow dryer and a rattaile comb. Should i use some balm or any other product?

Literally it: i'm currently a college student and i have this sense of guilt/debt and "deserved submission" towards my family because they are financing my education. This makes it difficult to set boundaries and i feel that until I reach financial independence i will never be completely able to make my choices autonomously. Is it just an inescapable (but hopefully temporary) truth to accept or is there something that i'm overlooking?

How to not let the drive for productivity go too far and predisposing to excessive stress or burnout and at the same time not letting the "relax" or "call down mindset" turning an excuse to not do what we need to do? Is it possible to balance these two things out? Or leaning towards one of the two poles is just inevitable and we might need tools to check whether we are doing fine and/or we are productive enough.
