Finally made it to Undercurrent this last weekend. These are the bottles we tasted. All of them were delicious except for the far left, which is also the only bottle that was NOT a recommendation from Paul. Lesson learned.

Complete beginner here. I have a v60, a K-Ultra 1zpresso and a bag of Ethopian coffee called What the Funk.
When I google a recipe, the AI results say to set the grinder to 0.7.0 by “one full rotation then set the dial to 7.” I don’t understand. The dial is locked at 0 when all the way to the left. When I move it clockwise, do it just move straight to 7 And leave it? I don’t get the part about a full rotation THEN moving to 7. The grinder dial doesn’t seem to go around more than once.
Brand knew to homebrew here, (other than beer). I just purchased a cafelat robot. Is the 1zpresso j-ultra my best bet for a good grinder? Anything else other than a scale that I need?

I feel like I have a good grip on my pistol. But after every shot, I feel like I have to regrip with my support hand to completely reestablish that good grip. Is it just a matter of squeezing harder with my support hand? I am shooting a DWX compact with palm swell grips. I get good purchase on the grips with the heel of my support hand.
A friend has requested I play When You Get to Asheville at a gathering in a couple weeks. TAB is pictured above. I play Scruggs style. Not sure what to do with this. Can anyone offer me a few tips or perhaps a link to a short video that may help me?

I am in the Underdark in Baldur’s Gate 2. When I release Raevilin Strathi from his imprisonment, I know to cast Heal on him to save him. But as soon as I do this, the character that casted Heal, (Jaheira or Sir Anomen, immediately dissapears from the party. The battle log says nothing about them dying. They are just gone. What is happening?
