For context, these are two cards sent by a family friend. Me and my sister both graduated high school at the same time. I’m an upcoming film major at Ringling College of Art and Design, and my sister is pursuing medicine at University of Miami. The first picture is the card I got, which came with a crumpled $5 bill. The second photo is her card, which came with a check for $100.

Both of these are from the same person. He’s a friend of our dad and we’ve gone on vacation with him and his family a couple times but besides that we don’t see him often as he lives across the country. Neither me nor my sister really have any kind of individual relationship with him. The handwriting is also different on each card which is weird since they’re signed by the same guy. Maybe he had his wife write my sister’s? No clue.

I do not care about the money in the least and am grateful for everything I’ve received for graduation, but the clear distinction between effort put into each one is comical. Dont even ask me what the crossed out writing on mine means because I have no idea lol.

Not gonna lie, this one hurt a bit.

Sorry if this is a terribly stupid question. Does anyone happen to know what the original Lego Batman game’s grapple gun looks like? If they showed it? Last pic is it in game obviously but I don’t recall if they showed it before he grapples up / what pieces are used.

I’m needle felting a big Lego Batman 1 figure and would love to maybe make that part too! Any help is much appreciated :))
